1. 在我们的日常生活和社会历史中，获得成功的人都应该具备那些素质？这些成功人士是和其他人一样呢还是与众不同呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
这些人和其他人一样，和其他人一样的人容易与他人合作交流，能够获得更多的帮助，这样就易于成功
2. 成功人士的身上，哪些特点是具有普遍性的？那些特质是具有特殊性的？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
成功的人是善于合作的人，做题的时候一个人苦思冥想很久才能做出一道题，与他人合作，经过交流讨论，能够发现自己的错误，能快速准确的解决问题
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
变得和他人一样在需要交流合作的时候有助于成功，但是在大多数人都不对或者大多数人都不在创新的时候，就不利于成功。如果乔布斯和大家一样，做手机做电脑，就不会有创新，也不会有如此成功。
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
变得和大家不同过的话，不利于寻求帮助，不利于交流合作，很难融入团队，很难让人理解自己的项目目的。但是在创新的时候又有助于成功。
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
还需要帮助他人懂得合作，善于沟通。并且要勤劳刻苦肯干，踏实做事。比如有一次考试之前，自己不勤劳，不踏实学习，寻求别人的帮助也只能是一知半解，自己不勤劳练习，踏实的去思考问题，考试的时候成绩也不理想。

In order to succeed, you should be more like others than be different from everyone else.
Most of us want to be success, so how to do is better to succeed is a question. Some people think that to be different from everyone else is better to succeed.But in my opinion, to achieve the order ,we should be more like others.
First,to be more like others, is good to cooperate with others. Cooperation is a good way to be success. I do my homework , and I find a difficult problem which I can not solve. I ask my friend to help me solve the problem I have got. I solved the problem with help of my friend. I not only find my mistake ,but also know how to correct it quickly . I save my time and understand the question.
Second,to be more like others, is good to let others know what is your opinion. When Jhon tell his opinion by the same method with his colleague, his partner is easy to understand his opinion and easy to decide to offer him or not.
However,to be different from everyone else also good to be success sometimes. Steve Jobs be different from everyone else who do old style phone, he make new kind of phone, and he succeed, the iPhone which he made with his team be sold all over the word.
Though to be different from everyone else also lead to succeed sometimes, for most people to be like others is easy to cooperate and communicate with others.
