1. 怎样评价学习某个专业是否可能成功或者不可能成功？应该参考哪些因素？请举例并简述。

专业学习的前提是要有兴趣，如果学生首先在这个学科的学习中感到快乐并且愿意继续坚持，这是成功的开始，带着兴趣学习会使自己轻松，遇到困难也会自主的去克服，其次要看这个专业能不能使你成为一个越来越好的人，比如不断地困难使你越来越坚强，越来越多的学习使你对生活有了更理性的认识和思考。
2. 如果没能形成正确的价值理念标准，而仅仅为了“成功”而选择专业，会有哪些潜在的问题和不足？请举例并简述。
回答：
会容易为了金钱物质而去做一些违背自身原则甚是道德的事。如果我们对于一个专业的正确价值观理念的理解不够透彻，就很容易被表面的利益所吸引，去追求物质上的成功，而放弃了这个专业核心的精神，比如我的专业是城市设计，我所理解的这个专业的核心价值应该是用生态的手段提供给城市居民更舒适的空间环境，但是如果只为了追求一些金钱，或者个人风格上的东西，会使我偏离我的专业的专业精神，这样就是不负责任，所以我们必须要选择专业并且选择正确的价值观，而不是选择成功。
3. 除了为以后的成功做准备以外，在大学阶段，学生应该锻炼哪些其他能力？怎样进行这些能力的锻炼？请举例并简述。
回答：
我认为应该锻炼自己团队合作的能力和与人沟通的交流能力。这两个能力是在以后的工作中必不可少的因素。比如我的专业是城市设计，我在工作中需要很多teamwork， 我就需要积极参加到团体的讨论中去，与大家融为一体去，才充分表达自己观念的同时要认真思考别人的想法，并要尊重别人，参加集体活动的同时就可以锻炼与人沟通的能力，当我们与他人意见不统一时，要积积与队友交流，分析每个人所阐述的观点内的优势和劣势，客观的表达，这样可以更好地锻炼与人沟通的能力。
4. 在毕业之后的工作和生活中，是否只有专业知识才是有用的？如果不是，还有哪些知识是有用的？为什么？请举例说明。
回答：
不是，专业知识只能解决专业领域内的问题，我们的生活不可能完全只有专业的内容。在日常的工作学习中，一些别的知识也是非常有用的。比如医学内急救的小常识，当我们身边突然有人受伤或者身体不适时，我们可以利用这些知识去帮助别人，减轻痛苦。比如关于汽车修理的问题，当我们的汽车坏掉时，可以通过一些简单的观察检测手法来判断车的毛病，来决定是自己解决还是拉到修理厂。
5. 教育机构应该对学生的学习和发展起到怎样的引导作用？都应该如何去做？请分析并简述。
回答：
首先要教育学生兴趣为主，做自己喜欢的事，而不是看这件事能带来多大收益。要告诉学生主动思考专业的核心精神，并鼓励学生树立正确的价值观。学校可以提供多方面的专业领域内的知识和体验活动，鼓励学生勇于尝试，在不断地体验中找到自己喜欢的并且适合自己发展的专业，提供一些专业内有名望的老师做一些讲座，学术甲流的活动，从而引出业内很多优秀的理论观点，供学生们思考，并形成自己的正确的价值观。

Recently a heated debate arouses a high concern among the general public towards the issue that wether the educational institution should dissuade students from choosing specialisations in which they have little possibility to succeed. Personnally, I think they shouldn't make a decision for students.
With diffirent professional, there are diffrents definitiins of success. How to judge all the fields have a great ratio or a little to succeed? It is obviously wrong that to determine a person's achievement only in the amount of money he earned which is the success in broad sense. Choosing a spcialisation that reflects students' interests and true passions is the first step to success. When I work on my professional, I achieve much happiness, even though there are so many difficults that I have to overcome. Moreover, there isn't any outside pressure drive me to overcome, but my own aspiration makes me want to learn more deeply to find the solution. During the time that I work hard in my field, those problems I solved made me become more and more confident about my capacity in the professional. To conclude, choose a corret prfessional that I really love, and then I acquire a better view of myself by means of\via constant pursuit on my will, and make a contribution to other people or society, this is my definiton of success.
It will bring a lots of nagtive effects to our society if we measure the standard of success with the amount of money you make. As a student of Urban Design, the core of my professinal is utilizing a ecological way to afford a more comfortable spcae and sustainable environment for the urban resident. If I just persude the material and money, I will deviate the truth of Design and do anything for the profit Maximization which will bring a great damage to the people and environment. So we should set up corret viewpoint of value about our professional instead of scratching head to make profits.
The key factors of success is not only the capacity in the professinal field, but also the teamwork skills, communication skills and other synthetic ability. In a teamwork, the spirit of cooperation is the heart of a team. How to distribute the labor, share all the resource or information, and make a sacrifice when necessary are deserve a deep consideration before we take part in a team. when it comes to the different views in a group, we should respect every different opinions and discussing objectively which is the basic quality of the skills in communication. It is a good teamwork and commuication that can improve the possibility of success.
In conclusion, I hope educationgal institution can afford broader platform for students to experience and provide more chioces for students to find their true interested professional on their own, then inspire students to find the truth of their frofessional, which is more responsible than telling directly which have great or a little possibility to succeed .
