回答： Technology would only be helpful for the first, second and forth types of problems that I listed above. First type, apparently technology helps people learn faster and better. However, for the second kind of questions that we might face, technology could be used as a substitute of thinking and learning for ourselves.

回答： Any occasion that requires creativity. Or the frontier that current technologies haven't reached yet. Or when technologies go wrong.

回答： Sometimes yes sometimes no. As I answered in the second question.

回答： When we refuse to think for ourselves. Such as the advanced calculators, students can do calculation without understanding the mechanism behind it. If we think it in an individual level... characteristics matter as well. Put a person who does not think highly of the ability of one thinking for themselves, even put him in ancient time without technology he would choose someway without thinking to solve his problems.
