In recent years ,a leader effective leader tries to make others feel they have been part of a decision is necessary.A effective leader always have leadership,knows how to make a choice,and special view.All of these skills ,I believe make a choice is more important .Apple company always making conclusions,because the have to decide chose a good design or a good technology.Technology sometimes fall behind the design.So chose technology or balance of these two ,the leader have to make a choice.When the leader chose lots of people together to make a conclusion,is not effextive.When I during my college life ,I always became a partner in a conclusion.At first ,our leader decide all of people in our team have to join every decussion.But that not good for choice.When all of people join these,sometimes make the meeting mess.And a majority of people don't know the advantage or disadvantage in the choies.That so ridiculous.So a large amount of people join the meeting is not a good choice.It is just need who knows the important of these choices to join this meeting.I participate in lots of choices.I learn a lot in these meeting.Before the meeting ,I always found the reasons to persuade other partners;During the meeting ,I always using speaking skills to convince other partners;After the meeting ,I always making note for something useful in the meeting to help my next meeting.Even a large mount of people to make a decision is not a good choices.I just believe a leader tries to make others feel they have been part of a decision in necessary.
