1. 怎样评价学习某个专业是否可能成功或者不可能成功?应该参考哪些因素?请举例并简述。
回答: 首先可以利用数据,用成绩可以最直观的体现学生对该专业的学习情况,如果成绩优秀,可以认为学生对该专业的知识掌握得很好;其次是学生对专业的兴趣,例如,学生通过学习这个专业逐渐丧失兴趣,没有学习下去的动力,那么对这个专业的学习可以说是失败的。
2. 如果没能形成正确的价值理念标准,而仅仅为了“成功”而选择专业,会有哪些潜在的问题和不足?请举例并简述。
回答: 首先,若只是为了优异的成绩或获得高分而学习某个专业领域的知识,很容易造成学生只把精力放在考试方面,这样应试能力提高,但是并不能会将知识应用于实践,因此常常会造成“高分低能”的现象。其次,由于考试的范围是一定的,而学生只为了获得好的考试成绩学习,那么学习的广度和深度仅限于考试的范围,这对深刻理解知识是很不利的。所以,仅仅为了成功而学习是舍本逐末的。
3. 除了为以后的成功做准备以外,在大学阶段,学生应该锻炼哪些其他能力?怎样进行这些能力的锻炼?请举例并简述。
回答: 除了提高成绩以外,最显然的,学生应该培养自己的交际沟通的能力,不仅在校内是群体居住,出到社会办事更是需要与人交流,可以通过在参加社团活动以及在学生组织中工作中得到锻炼。比如一个学生通过参加社团得到很多机会接触不同专业背景的人,在参与不同的活动的同时,能够学会如何不过分的夸奖他人的优点,又是如何恰当的给别人提出建议,从而提高自己的交流沟通的能力。 当然不仅仅是生活上的能力要加强,思想上也应该锻炼自己的独立思考能力。不论是什么专业,在面对新的知识的时候都不要盲目相信权威,例如老师、课本上的论断,比如说,在完成专业课的作业时,应该多查阅资料,多跟同学和老师讨论,再将这些过程中得到的信息是否能采纳到作业中作出判断。这个判断能力就是独立思考能力,这样的过程就是能提高学生独立思考能力的过程,而为了成功而学习专业知识这样想法是远远不能支撑这种能力的提高的。
4. 在毕业之后的工作和生活中,是否只有专业知识才是有用的?如果不是,还有哪些知识是有用的?为什么?请举例说明。
回答: 并不是只有专业知识才是有用的。首先,很多例子可以证明大学生毕业后转行是很普遍的,这就意味着这些转行的学生要对一个新的行业进行自学。如果这个学生在大学时期学习了数学、物理、历史、哲学以及艺术鉴赏等等自然科学和人文科学的基础课,那么他就有一个良好的知识储备,相当于他的学习能力有了一个很扎实的基础,这对快速且有效的自学一个新的行业的知识是极其有利的。 其次,就算毕业之后仍然是在自己专业的方向工作的,光学习该专业的知识是远远不够的。在这个信息膨胀的时代,创新可以说是发展的最重要因素,这就常常需要跨领域的不断碰撞,从而爆发出创新的点,因此要想在自己专业的领域做到领先,那么利用其他领域的知识与专业知识相融合,不断地进行创新是非常有必要的。
5. 教育机构应该对学生的学习和发展起到怎样的引导作用?都应该如何去做?请分析并简述。
回答: 在硬件方面,教育机构应开设完善的基础课程,鼓励学生参加这些课程的学习,使之具有良好的知识储备,加强自学能力;在各个专业的课程设计中,添加实践或者实验的课程,避免学生只会应付理论考试而不能很好的在实际工作方面运用知识;在软件方面,老师应该多鼓励学生进行独立思考,在学生完成学习任务时,起到辅助作用而不是主要作用;同时,学校可以在资金和场地等方面,支持学生社团组织活动,引导学生锻炼自己的社交能力。

Why there are so many TV serious showing the luxury life in banquets, or the process to win the election of President? It's obvious that people inherently look forward to frame and wealth nowadays. Therefore, the amount of students who study for success in frame and wealth is not small, which leads to an critical opinion: educational institute should dissuade students from studying the field they are unlikely to success. However, in my opinion, there is no need for a school or institute to discourage any student pursuing the field in study for so-called success. First of all, future success cannot be forecasted because of the historical limitation of human. Historically, human is not sophisticated enough to make a decision that can still work in the future. A typical example is the Newton's law. He conclued the rules of the movement of every matter that we can see in this world. But the law expired in the micro world, which we observe later by microscope. The most significant reason is that the microscope is not so prevail at that time, and it is this historical situation that limits Newton to take the movement of micro particles into consideration. So it's apparently to know that people cannot make a absolutely judgement about the future only according to the situation at that time. In this way, the educational institute cannot judge a student will succeed or not in the future, then how can he decide to dissuade the student or not?  Even if one's major field seemed useless or fail, it will not represent that he may not make it. Just as Steven Jobs, the ex-chairman of APPLE company, renovate the telephone sphere by putting forward an idea of elaborate and highly-quantity mobile phone. Ironically, he did not do well in his study field for his college time. So he dropped the course and attend artistic calligraphy one, which seemed more unlikely to be succeed at that time. However, it is the his calligraphic background give the birth of the first elaborate Macbook after some decades. Jobs is the one prove that not been dissuaded from unsuccessful study field is benefit. Since the success cannot be forecasted, one should comprehensively develop himself to be a successful man. Another reason that I disagree the issue is that a useful educational institute plays more essential role in giving a stage students to develop and practice than urge them do well in studying a specific field. So I don't think it has the responsibility to dissuade or encourage students to study any field. Making choice about study major is students' own business. But it's a great idea to give some financial support to student communities, which can manage some activities to improve the students ability of social interact or team-work spirit. Teachers never stuff knowledge into students' brain, but induce them to think critically and independently. These kinds of abilities are as much important as the study of major field. Although every educational institute hope their students succeed, no one can foreknow the success will arrive, so it should not change one's study life only depend on subject judgement about whether he is likely or unlikely to succeed. Moreover, a responsible and useful education would develop the student's ability including social contact and critical thinking, instead of just focus on the study field of them.
