1. 请举例并对比:在现在和以前,某一领域中对于某项任务的情况有哪些不同。

2. 获得知识对于理解事物存在哪些帮助?请举例并分析。
回答: 获得知识可以增加对事物的理解,会理解的更加透彻,全面,甚至能够了解与该种事物相类似的存在. 比如获得对植物学中的共生关系的理解,会使人了解共生的原因,整个过程,共生的结果,同时还会了解大自然的巧妙和广阔,还可能通过获得细胞学的知识了解共生的细菌的整个作用方式.
3. 因为知识的积累,事物变得更加复杂神秘的原因有哪些?(例如:早年生物学只要对动植物进行观察,而随着发展,生物学研究已经深入到DNA、RNA)请举例并简述。
回答: 知识的不断的扩充,积累,同时有关事物研究的深入,问题会随着越来越多,食物就变得更加复杂神秘. 比如物理的天体的研究也已经进入到分子原子领域,通过对光谱的分析来分析金星大气的成分(Atmospheric composition)但同时人们还是无法通过金星大气的分析来分析金星云层的具体状况.
4. 事物变简单和变得复杂神秘是否仅存在简单的对立关系?请分析并简述。
回答: 不是单纯的对立关系simple antagonistic relation 辩证的dialectical看待两者 随着对问题的不断深入研究 会出现更多未知的领域,在探索的过程是复杂神秘的,或在解决问题中所应用的知识是深奥的,但一旦将问题研究彻底,就会变得很透彻,清晰明了从简单再到复杂通常暗示着一种质的飞跃或新的发现 the process from simplicity to complexity usually implies a qualitative leap
5. 事物变得复杂神秘是否就能说明知识的增加没有好处?对事物理解的进步是否要以复杂程度为标准?
回答: 不是,有好处,有很多好处。进步的标准应该是对于事物理解的正确与否,或者深入程度,而不是简单还是复杂。

The speaker asserts that as we acquire more knowledge, things do not become more comprehensible, but more complex and mysterious. I concede that knowledge sometimes render things more complex and more mysterious.However,in my view,the speaker's assertion is too simplistic.

Sometimes,things may become more inexplicable and complicated with our deep understanding of certain things.Humans have innate desires to exploit the unknown.And in the process of exploiting the unknown,humans acquire knowledge and use it to explain the world.The more knowledge people acquired,the more desirable they want to discover the unknown world.Yet people's cognitive abilities and knowledge accumulated are limited compared to the complexity of the unknown world.So,it is unavoidable that we meet something we cannot understand based on our existing knowledge. Actually each discovery has in turn revealed that matter is more complex that previously thought.

However,the phenomenon above do not mean that the more difficult it is  to understand things surrounding us,the more knowledge we acquire.In fact,when we get more knowledge and meet new questions,our existing knowledge and experience can not help us understand and explain the new questions.Nevertheless,it fails to deny the fact that we comprehend things surrounding us more thoroughly and more profoundly.Once humans come across  the questions they cannot deal with,they always re-examine the validity of existing theories and methods,and use their creativity and imagination to broaden and deepen them to solve the new problems.For example,let us retrospect the history of establishment of  quantum physics.At the beginning of the twentieth century,it was commonly believed that the theory of classical physics is nearly perfect,leaving only a few problems to be solved.However,  the phenomenon "black body radiation", were beyond the classical physics.Physicists cannot use classical electrodynamics and classical statistical physics to explain this phenomenon.At that time,Max Planck creatively proposed the quantization( that the energy states of a physical system could be discrete) to solve the problem,initiating a revolution in natural science and philosophy.

Without comprehending the details of the question which seems perplex ,we cannot sum up and obtain a more comprehensible result.Consider,for example,the scientific research.The scientists strive for working out every detail of a perplex problem based on existing theories and methods.And then they would find some features of the problem,and sum up some possible principles to simplify the problem.Thus,to simplify a problem,we must clarify the details of it,which may be complicated.

In sum,the statement neglects a paradox about knowledge acquired.When through the acquisition of knowledge things become more comprehensible and explainable,we realize at the same time that it is more complex and mysterious that previously thought.
