Currently, people have more and more power from technique's advance, leading people think of the question of that whether people's behavior is determined by force from outside world or inside. In my point of view, outside force is more important than inside force, because the force of outside can affect people from many aspects.
　　Firstly, from a macroscopic view, one outside factor, the history of one's life, is a determinant factor of his or her behavior. All things one can or will do is under the rule of history principles. For example, before language was envolved, one cannot speak to another; before cellphone was invented, a wife never expected to hear her husband's voice who was travel to another city when she was just sitting in home; it is after the invention of network can one imagine news from other side of the globe can be heard at the moment it happens. Everyone of us can do things when history allows you do.
   Secondly, when we consider of people's daily life, we cannot deny the conclusion that outside reasons have much more force than factors from one's inside. The outside factors affect people's behavior mainly from three aspects: objective restrictions, orders or demands from others, and the environments. When one hungry, he cannot fill himself or herself with food if there is no food, that is an objective restriction,it has a rigid effect to people's behavior. Orders and demands from others always govern people via power of the society. You can resist it, but you must pay for it. For example, one can resist the demand from his or her boss only if he or she can accept the price of lost the job. The environment, however, is an unforbidable,but also effective power. The allusions, the compliments, the mockeries, and so forch, could have so much effection on people's action. For instance, if one student leave in a place where all his or her neighbors have a degree of Ph.D, he or she will face more balks when making the decision of quit from university. Meanwhile, when he or she leaved in a place full with millionaire, he will feel pressure and try hard to earn more money.
   I concede that personal responsibility has important effect on one's behavior. Actually, if no people in the society has personal responsibility, the world would be a mess: drivers would not follow the rules and car crashes increasing fast; workers would not reduce their mistakes and products have awful qualities...However, the personal responsibility can play its role only if the outside force allow it to do. People who never learned driving is not able to drive on road, even if he or she totally ready to obey all the traffic rules.
   Based on reasons listed above, I believe we can safely conclude that the forces from outside have more influences on people's behavior than inside force of people. People can adjust their action only in the bound setted by outside force.
