In reality, our lives are controlled by the society in which we live"有互通之处。在分析的过程中,可以从个人责任的意义以及是否必要,影响个人行为的因素,外界对个人行为的影响方面和具体形式、程度等方面展开思考。
1. 如果不存在“个人责任”这个概念,人们的学习、工作、生活以及整个社会的发展都会出现哪些问题?请举例并简述。
回答: 如果没有个人责任,将会出现职责混乱,人们不受道德约束,不履行自己应尽的义务;有事则相互推卸责任。例如,一个大学老师,如果不明确自己教书育人的责任,他会随意敷衍学生,不认真仔细备课,不耐心回答学生问题,对学生前途不闻不问。
2. 让个人为自己的行为负责对于社会有哪些好处?请举例并简述。
回答: 职责明确,各司其职,社会运作井井有条。比如交警履行自己的职责维护交通秩序,避免了交通拥挤和车祸的发生。再比如,人人都能对自己的言行复杂,社会上不会有那么多煽动人心的谣言,之所谓网络暴民,就是因为他们在网上散播完谣言可以不负任何责任,
3. 人们的行为都受到哪些因素的影响?请举例并简述。(可从内因、外因两方面分别考虑)
回答: 内因:性格,习惯等。 外因:所处环境、背景,周围的人和事。 例如惯于安稳,事事求把握的人在选择前途方面偏重于更加稳定。像比如考研,考本校会比外校容易很多,更有把握。 选择前途方面还有可能受父母影响,比如父母十分不舍自己的孩子,不想让他出国留学,那这个人最后可能就会选择离父母比较近的城市完成学业。
4. 外界因素在哪些情况下以何种方式影响着人们的行为?请举例并简述。
回答: 选择前途方面还有可能受父母影响,比如父母十分不舍自己的孩子,不想让他出国留学,那这个人最后可能就会选择离父母比较近的城市完成学业。
5. 人们是否可以不顾外界环境的影响而进行自己的选择?如果可以,请举例;如果不可以,请解释原因。
回答: 选择前途方面还有可能受父母影响,比如父母十分不舍自己的孩子,不想让他出国留学,那这个人最后可能就会选择离父母比较近的城市完成学业。但是如果此人很有主见且坚持自己的态度,最终可能也会出国留学,靠的是自己的努力与坚持。

People live in a world that is highly connected with each other, therefore, people's behavior is lagrely determined by influence from outside.
Like students who learn knowledge from books and internet, the knowledge is based on the axioms and is verifiable. Thus, we students are forced to learn this unchangable science and sociology by axiomatic knowledge that derived from elder people, even people not in comteporary. Otherwise, we have to study these well-know axioms to establish our own knowledge structure. Because we usually mimic, then we learn, and finally we innovate. For example, before we undertake a new research, we first have to look up for some  documents which are related to our research to find materials and method. After reading these documents, we may get some method and are inspired to do the new research in an efficient way. To some extent, we are forced to learn what scholars have done in order to finish our research task.
Furthermore, as governors who are in charge of the state or the whole country, their behaviors are largely restricted by outside factors. Because they govern such a large number of people, and they have to consider different kinds of people's conditions. They are not only responsible to themselves, but also responsible to the people who voted for them. Their proper behaviors might bring great welfare to their people, and perhaps their inappropriate deeds will bring suffering and  difficulties for their people. For example, the government should take endowment insurance into consideration for many elder people cannot afford their medical fees. Even there exist people who live a well-off life and need not to worry about their rest lives. The government ought to take most people's interest seriously. Therefore, endowment insurance is indispensable for the entire people.
While people's behavior is largely determined by outside factors, the inner incentive always help people make dicisions and make people follow their steps.
