法律可解决：1.刑事纠纷。2.民事纠纷。通过判定对错。

2. 人们的思想动态和天性有什么关系？思想都受哪些因素影响？
回答：
性格、教育、社会风气、习俗等。
天性=本质性格+后天影响。
3. 人类的天性都有哪些？这些天性中是否存在导致不良行为的原因？如果有，请举例并简述。
回答：
天性：本善、本恶、自私、爱孩子、自由等
存在。例如人都是自私的。人性是懒散的。
例如人人都是自私的，所以人将时刻期望占有更多资源。如果这一天性超越了约束，就有可能导致不良行为。
4. 法律是如何发挥其作用的（可从现实以及心理两方面考虑）？
回答：
1.铲除已有的不法行为。2.给人们规定出行为的规范。
5. 人类的天性是否可被改变？如果不能是为什么？如果能，哪些天性会被哪些因素改变？
回答：
可以被改变，但需要长期的潜移默化。
教育和环境因素比较重要。
法律也可起到一定作用。

Whether laws are effective to all problems of medern society? The speaker gives an negative answer of it, since laws cannot change what is in people's hearts or
minds. Basically, I agree of the speaker's opinion. I believe that laws can slightly affective to solve the society's problems. My reasons are listed as follows:
Firstly, society's problems are rooted roughly from these three causes: 1), unfairly society rules, 2). public ethos, and 3)individuals' reasons, including thought, education background, benefits, rights, etc. What the laws can assure is individual's benefit and right. For example, when one person's money was robbed, laws are used to arrest the robbor and return the victim's money back. However, the robber cannot realize that his conduct is wrong. Next times, if he have chance to avoid the rule from laws, he will try to rob other people again. Only after changing his mind with education or other methods, the government can stop his crime.
Some people will say that laws can rule the basical organization of the society, thus it has an effect to change the unfairly society rules. However, laws about the society's basic rules are merely a reflection of government's wills. People in power will change and transfer the law as soon as recognized it is defiant with their own benefits.
Other people will argue that laws can set standards and norms on people, telling them what should do and should not do. However, laws are also the reflection about public ethos. For example, people would not set laws that challenging benefits or opinions of majority of them. Admittedly, after it is setted, laws can regulate some conductions when they deviate from norms. But it is a method that only can regulate wrongdoings after they happened. For example, police cannot arrest a suspected murderer before he commit a crime. But if he have commit it, it always is too late.
Secondly, laws' ineffectivity also impedes its use. One reason is that the society's problem is endless, but laws are limited. We cannot enact laws for every wrongdoing, nor we can punish every people who have done something wrong. On the other hand, even government can regulate all crimes via laws, it's enaction and executation are need time. Sometimes it is too late to solve the problems.
Thus, after discussing all of these, we can safely conclude that laws cannot solve all of the society's problems, though it can solve some of them, and in some extent. The most useful method is education, or other ways that are able to change people's heart and mind.
