回答: 失去创新精神;员工没有动力消极怠工等。都跟领导有关系。领导赏罚不明, 不够公正,或者工作浮于表面等。
3. 更换新的领导会给事业发展带来什么好处和什么弊端?在一定时间内更换领导对哪些行业更有好处?请举例说明。
回答: 可能会给员工带来新的感受, 也可能会使员工疲于改变。由于领导经常更换,领导将没有归属感,从而把他工作的地方当作跳板,不利于他好好干工作。 某些更新换代比较快的行业可以多换领导。
4. 对一个领导者的领导水平的评判应该考虑哪些因素?是否能因为企业失去了活力就让他/她下台?请举例说明。
回答: 1. 领导的能力、号召力、道德、诚意等。 2. 企业失去活力应寻找原因,不应直接让领导下台。
5. 要让事业充满活力,可以有哪些手段和方法?请举例说明。
回答: 1. 改变体制,改变机制,改变赏罚标准等。

  Currently, there is a view claiming that a leader in any field should be changed in five years. The reason about this view is that the surest path to success if revitalization through new leadership. In my point of view, I concede that revitalization through a new leader has great, sometimes incredible effect. However, I disagree with the speaker's opinion that any field should change its leader for five years.
  Firstly, when it comes to success of a enterprise, there are much more reasons than those related to leader. For instance, the execution of leader's order or demand, the circumistance around it, the natural rules, and so forth. If a team is trying to introduce an lucrative invest that needs much money to a person who are fight for his or her survival, In the mean time, if a research labratory wants to find the way to make human reach the moon by walk, it is hardly to fulfill, even though the team has a newly leader full of energy ,imagination, and courage for changing. Thus, there are many reasons other than the leader's characteristics.
  Secondly ,even a career's success is caused by leader's fault, whether it is useful to have a new leader is still in doubt. Sometimes there are better ways than changing them. For example, some leaders just fail to realize their mistake, in this time, give him or her some advice maybe less cost and more useful than simply changing it.
  Thirdly, even the leader's fault is the only useful way to make sure a field's success, we still cannot do it simply before we measuring the good and the bad points. Sometimes changing a leadership too often may lead to a risk. For example, in ancient China, to be a local governer is a lucrative career because every governor was tried their best to make money from posting heavy tax on their citizenory. However, it is harmful to the place's long-term development. It is because changing governors too often that governors do not have necessarity to care about the long-term situation of their peoples. They could just earn their own money and leave.
  Thus, I concede that the statement of speaker has its merits. However, it is too extreme to claim that the most effective way for any field to reach their success is to change a new leader.
