个人兴趣，如果对所做的工作感兴趣，就会每天都充满激情的投入进去，工作主动性强，容易做出成绩。如Darwin,开始听从父母，选择做医生，但是发现不喜欢，最后改为感兴趣的生物，提出了进化论。
2. 孩子们在选择工作时，是否一定需要考虑自己父母工作的性质和内容，为什么？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
可以考虑父母工作的性质和内容，可以作为一种参考，因为从小就跟父母在一起，或多或少会受父母的影响，因此也可能对父母所从事的工作感兴趣。同时，由于父母对相关的工作已经有了很多年的经验，可以给与一定的指导，同时也有一些人脉积累。
3. 如果选择和父母类似的工作，是否会有利于孩子的发展，为什么？家长在其中会起到哪些影响？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
父母多年的经验和人脉会对孩子的发展有帮助，但是也同时会限制孩子的创造力。

回答：
不是，如Darwin，有些父母是清洁工，会希望自己的孩子选择更有社会影响力的一些工作。

I fundamentally disagree with the statement that it is better for children to choose the jobs similar to their parents. Even though parents may have accummlated considerable amount of experiences and resouces in their jobs fields which can provide correct conduction to children, it is not sure that children will succeed in their fields.
First of all, nothing is more important than interest for a child's success. Thus, the first thing one should consider when choosing the job is whether the child is interested in it. If he loves his job, he will feel comfortable when do it. What's more, he will instill more energy and passion in it, which is essential to obtain succuss. For instance, Bill Gates, who founded microsoft, one of the biggest software company in the world, didn't choose to be a lawer which also was his father's job but decided to learn computer science which he was really interested in, and finally he succeed.
Secondly, besides interest, talent is also very important. The job one choose should be adaptable to his situation. Such as, a child is interested in mathematics, but he don't have much talents in it. Since mathematcis is an very fundamental subjects which needs not only solidary rudimentary knowledge but also creative ability, one who wants to success in it should have some specific talents. Based on this situation, it will be not appropirate for the child to choose to be an mathematists.
Thirdly, aside for the forgoing two aspects, working environment is also very important, for it has dramatically influences on people. Working environment includes hard condition and soft condition. Hard condition means office facilities while soft condition means working atmosphere. It will better to choose a job which have comfortable working environment, which has broad office talbe, high efficiency facilities, humanization working times. Also, if there is a tutor who can give some instruction and advices for you will be better. Since all these things reflect the degree of a company's value for their employees, which directly has impact on one's career development in the long run.
All in all, though choose a job which is similar to one's parents has many advantages, it is better to select a job based one's own situation, which will be benefit to one's success.
