Some people argue that when holding different ideas, people as a team cannot achieve the final success. However, I don't think so. I prefer that the differences have no side effects on success.
on the one hand, as we all know, in every possible situation, people as a team may have different ideas. it is so simple that it cannot be related to failure.in addition, in the explanation of both sides'ideas, the team can communicate more and learn more about others ,also their thoughts. in this procession, the team will become more like a family, in which case will gain success easily.
on the other hand, no argument doesn't mean the right way to success. take my brother's experience as an example. several years ago, he worked in a computer company as an engineer. one day, their manager thought the best way to improve their products was to update the technology. while my brother both believed the appearance of the machines seemed more attractive. my brother tried to explain, persuade others. in the end, though the idea didn't disappear, my brother decided to agree with others. in the same year, most of the company's customers were taken away by another company because of their beautiful appearance. in this case, we can conclude that sometimes more voices mean more options, which might contribute a lot to the whole team.
as all the reasons listed, i think that people as a team holding different ideas do no harm to achieve success, and sometimes it really helps a lot.
