With the changing circumstance of our society, people begin to play attention to a new phase' group work'. However, there is no consensus among people as to diciding the way of work. Some people maintain that it is important to be able to work in groups while others may disagree.
From my personal angle alone, the former point coincides with mine and a number of factors may attribute my opinion.
First of all, to work in group can help us meet new friends, for the simple reason that it will provide us with oppotunities to share ideas and have a debate over the issues and plans. However separate and individual modern people are, I never remain suspicious of the fact that human beings are 'social animals'. We all have this innate character to know others and simultaneously enjoy yhe menbership of being in a certain team. Someone even illustrate TEAM to be 'together everyone achieve more'. More or less, group work can be a key to the social interaction both directly and indirectly.
Second, it is obvious that working in a group can be an effective way of achieving a perfect plan. During the process of discussion, we can exchange the ideas and have a lesson about compromising and appreciation, which at the same time give us a chance to correct our fault or learn to defend our plans, which will definitely make a great contribution to perfect the working plan. It is no exaggerating to say group think is an effective to finish the tasks.
Last but not the least, working in groups spurs people to compete and coperate and therefore form an active attitude towards life. Where there is a group, there are all kinds of competitions being undertaken. As soon as you find out the differences you have compared with other people, and especially, when it involves solving problems, the combative instince is aroused. At last, whatever the consequences might be, people have something to fill their mind and exert their energy.
In conclusion, I am fully convinced that it is better for us to work in group and share our thoughts with others, considering the benefits it broughts to both the work and ourselves. It is hard to imagine, under the fast development of industrilization and modern technology, that a person try to finish a task completely on one's own without considering the suggestion of others.
