Government funding of the arts will help improve the organizational arrangement and structures within the arts institution so that they are able to better respond to needs, and to interact more effectively with the society, including the micro society which contributes to arts creation and competitiveness more generally. Government funding of arts will also create a widespread, sysrtemartic and rapid transfer of new ideas, new works and profits generated within the arts, which will attract investors.
