有适合的工作环境，可以上升的机制，能够充分学习，时间上可协调，能够照顾家庭和父母，可以在工作中与同事和老板有效沟通
2. 孩子们在选择工作时，是否一定需要考虑自己父母工作的性质和内容，为什么？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
不一定。孩子成长环境不同于父母，有自己的愿望和想法。披头士成员保罗麦卡特尼的女儿就没有选择父亲的音乐事业，而从事了时尚领域，现在成为了著名的设计师并建立了自己的品牌。
3. 如果选择和父母类似的工作，是否会有利于孩子的发展，为什么？家长在其中会起到哪些影响？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
会，父母会将自己的经验介绍给孩子，孩子可以减少犯错误的概率，更有可能获得成功，并将父母的优点发扬光大。李嘉诚的小儿子就选择和父亲相同的商业道路进行创业，但是借用父亲的资源和经验，如今也是有声有色，风生水起。
4. 请结合实例谈谈选择和父母不同工作的孩子们是不是更不容易成功？
回答：
不是。选择和父母不同行业的孩子会更加积极主动寻求职业上的成功，会自己扩大自己的资源范围。我的姐姐就没有选择和她妈妈一样成为公务员，而是做了一名会计，也在四大找到了工作。整个过程都是自己努力的结果，是自己一直在积极寻找和这方面的相关信息并培养自己。
5. 请结合具体事例简述，选择和父母相似的工作与否是不是和自身成功有着必然联系？
回答：
没有必然联系，很多成功人士都和自己父母的职业不同。巴菲特的儿子是著名音乐人，而自己的爸爸却是投资大神。比尔盖茨的爸爸是律师，但是自己却从事了软件行业。

When it comes to graduation season, every graduate has to face the dilemma of choosing a job.And graduates will take many different aspects into donsideration,such as the working environment,chances of promotion,average salaries and so on.Some people are likely to choose what their parents are working on,but i believe it is better to do something differently from your parents.
First,choosing jobs similar to parents' is pobabaly not what a child really wants.Students nowadays are raised in a totally different environment from their parents.They have more self consicous and more thoughts.During their process of growing up, they have always been taught to achieve themselves.My aunt is a teacher and her biggest wish is that my cousin will still entry this industry.However,she only wants to persue finance.The reason she told her mom is that time is different.My cousin wants to have a more exciting life.
The second point is that choosing a different job will also contribute to forming a more independent personality,which is necessry in present society.When they choose the similar jobs,they may already know the rules and be well prepared to the trouble they may face,for they have already learned the experience from theri parents.As an illustration,students who are willing to be office workers will not be bothered by relationships between coleages using parents' experience.Without these experience,people need to soure out and get what they need.They will put every effort only to be closer to their dreams just because they themselves are the only people they can count on.They will becaome more intelligent and independent.
