for the most time, it's different. time gives me the depth of perception and widness of perspective when i come up with a decision-making moment.

something like what to eat, what to wear in a ordinary social event. the things which are not important.
4. 你迅速做出的决定如果是对的是因为运气还是因为其它因素？
回答：
luck or experience.
