回答：
办公的地方，同事们集中在一起办公，效率会比较高，因为如果你需要和别人进行合作的话，因为面对面的交流肯定会比邮件电话交流更高效，同时办公室能够形成一个竞争的模式。有利于管理。
3. 有人说在家工作很自由很舒服，你是怎么看待这种说法的，为什么？
回答：

I strongly don't agree with it. There are many stuff can distract your attention when you are working at home. Such as snacks in the icebox and Jigsaw you haven't finish last night. Working at company can strengthen the bond between you and your colleague. Sometimes your colleague can inspire you, and give you some good idea. Meanwhile, If you are close with your colleague, you can cooperate well and make profits from your cooperation. Working in company is more efficient. in order to be excellent in your company, you must have an high efficiency. you cannot leave your work until next day, because there will be another work waiting to be done. and if you work at home for a while, when you come back to the company, you may fell anxious and nervous since you have to adapt the working environment. There are many stuff can distract your attention when you are working at home. Such as snacks in the icebox and Jigsaw you haven't finish last night. Consider, after you eat some cookies, you may feel sleepy. And your attention will be distracted from your work. A study conducted by scientist demonstrated that once your attention is distracted, it would take half an hour to retrieve your concentration。 Even though working at home might offer the benefit of convenience and comfort, I still insist my opinion that business is business, if you want to be excellent; you must work harder and harder. To sum up, according to the discussion I mentioned above it is not ridiculous to draw a conclusion that working at home is better.
