Another example of how to raise children involves football. In Japan, it was not until the beginning of 1990's that people began to love football. Japan Football Association made a reasonable plan to develop football in Japan. They realized the importance of young football player and impose many polices to help young children play football. Many sophisticated training system for young children came into use. Even in university campus, a perfect football league help children develop correctly. These policies catalyzed the development of football in Japan. Japan has won 4 times Asia champion in recently 20 years. This is an excellent example of how Japan raise children and achieve football development.
However, phenomenons about failure in raising children also existed. But reasons is the wrong decision of some people, rather than that we do not learn how to raise. One good example of this phenomenon is football in China. The football level in China is similar to that in Japan in the beginning of 1990's. But leader of China Football Association made a wrong decision that emphasis the achievement and ignore the important of young football player. They did not make a far-reaching designs but seek short time achievement. In 2010's, China football team can not be through to the next stage while Japan football team achieve the champion of Asia.
Therefore, we have learned how to raise children. But some people can not see the measure because of wrong decision.
