1. 你觉得你们社区有什么不好的地方？描述一下具体情况。
回答：
社区的卫生状况非常不好，尽管在社区制定的地方有好几个大垃圾桶工居民倾倒垃圾，但即便有的桶还没有装满，桶的周围还是有很多垃圾。并且并没有对垃圾进行分类处理，全部混杂成一堆，不环保。
2. 你觉得改善这个方面对你和社区居民有何好处？
回答：
首先，这有利于改善居民的生活环境。试想一下，本来小区挺漂亮的，但由于那个垃圾处理的角落非常脏，非常影响美观。而且容易滋生细菌，很不卫生。
其次，这对于培养居民的环保意识有好处。也许许多居民本身还是环保的，但由于大家都这么做，他也没有别的办法，所以环境就更糟了，这是恶心循环。如果倡导大家垃圾分类，爱护卫生，不但环境好了，而且人们有意识保护环境，对于倒垃圾以外的环保也有帮助。而且为下一代做了榜样。
3. 你打算如何改进这个方面？
回答：
我会与小区负责人进行沟通，对积极配合，分类垃圾的居民有奖励措施。因为小区本身对环境的投入很大，如果用这种奖励可以让大家形成自觉保护环境的意识，那么反而总花费会好很多。

As the human physical wealth is getting more and more prosperous, at the same time, people is trying to make their spiritual world affluent. Nowadays, diversity of "garden" residential is being built around us, which greatly developed people's living condition. Where I live in is this kind of place, the appearance of our community is fantastic, however, the trash deposit corner is the negative influence to its beauty.
Despite there are several trash barrels in the deposit corner and the barrels are not full, the garbage is threw everywhere around the barrels.Besides, without dividing the trash, it is all mixed, which is harmful to the ecological protection. So I have decided to improve this condition, and the reasons are as follow:
To begin with, the basic advantage is making the living environment better. If the beauty of the community is affected by a corner, what is pathetic! Moreover, the barriers are producing quickly, which is not sanitary. Secondly, it is good for cultivating the sense of ecology protection. In my opinion, some residents want to protect the environment, but in the trash corner, all the others threw the garbage without obey the rule, then he/she will do the same thing as others, which is a vicious-circle that no one will protect our environment. Due to this situation, proclaim people to love their living space is important, if the garbage is divided into relative collection, not only is benefit for recollecting by the workers, but is a good sample to our next generation.
On the other hand, as the terrible trash corner condition, they have to afford much money to keep the place clean. The benefit is low and the cost is high. Regard this, for the solution I will take is discussing with the community managers suggest those who follow the new rule of trash deposit, such as divide their garbage by themselves and throw it in the pointed place can get some kinds of reward by the community. I think if it really works, everybody will intentionally to protect the environment and the cost in reward will be much lower than finding workers.
Though it is probably difficult in proceeding this program, some one will disregard, I still believe people's behavior will be changed, because as an old saying" Roman is not build in one day." Through our hard working, the day that our community becomes the real garden will definitely comes.
