yes. one of my friends lives near the factory.everyday he has hard time focusing in the class and the got very sick for a semester.it appears that these symptoms were caused by the air pollution and noise emitted from the factory,as other residense there show up similarly conditions.

it helps reducing the unemployment,children with dads and mommys fired for a long time don't need to worry about dropping out from the school any more only if the factory hired his parents.
