The elementary education is not same in China.Different area has there own education policy.,especally the ethinic minaritiy area has their special curriculum.Since there many nations in China,different nations have different culture and language,some courses are special for some nation or area.It's a good way to protect different culture and more flexible to adapt to various situation.
There are also some problems for such policy.Maybe it makes some trouble for the country to make a unit stardartd for entring colledge.

before students entering colloge it's very important for them to master the foundamrntal knowledge and the basic ablity to study.If the nation unify the school curriculum,it's more covenient for the coutry to make the stardant exam for entering college
