We have developed various ways of communicating nowadays ,for example ,the informs can be written in a letter and be post to the needed ones .And a marriage invention can be sent directly to friend via texts .If I really missed someone ,a call enables me to hear his or her voice .That is really convenient .But when encounters upsetting or controversial problems ,I'd rather choose text message or email to let them know about what I feel .I am quite a emotional person ,and I am really not good at hiding my feelings .In some cases ,the tone of my voice stands for how I feel ,when I angry or sad or sobbing .So email and text message suits me better .The changing of voice can not be distinguished from the words ,at least ,not so sensible .Once I was supposed to express my working failure to my father and try to get some comforts .But after a few words ,I cried and felt impossible to continue the conversation .Directly voice contact always makes me feel the person is with me now .And I often cannot help to restrain my strong feelings of hate or sad .Also ,when people are exposed to these upsetting or controversial problems ,they tend to have difficult to manage their words to express what they really what to express .Writing is always a good way of treating feelings .Words must be typed on the screen after thinking ,which may possibly cut the rudeness and the disorder of the words ,and win some time for both of sides to calm down a little bit .Furthermore ,the nature of people tends to be thrilled about the cheering and good things ,such as marriage and love affairs ,enrollment and birth of children.In those cases ,telephone and voice message do play an indispensable role in sharing news .People can easily be thrilled and excited when a few words come out of the phone with loud and trembling voice .However ,when upsetting or controversial things take place ,people tend to be annoyed by the voice ,no matter how gentle and humble that caller tries to be .So ,I prefer to choose ways of communication conditionally .Text message and email seems to be the best way for me to deal with upsetting and controversial things .Because they are emotionless ,clear and less directly .Thus ,lots of trouble can be avoided .
