具备有个人能力，团队意识，强的执行能力，不拖延，这些当然和常人不一样，否则也就不会是成功人士了

坚持，反思，勇敢，创新这些是普遍的。而具体在某一问题上的灵感是他们和别人不同的地方
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。

会让自己编的松懈，逐渐忘记当初最开始的想法，一步步走向堕落。在周围人都很勤奋的时候你就会更有机会成功，因为别人会刺激你，会鼓励你不断去进步，不断去超越。比如说，在我的宿舍里，就有这样一位舍友，每天早上，总是他先起床后我才会起床，当我提起来这件事情的时候，他却说是听见我的动静他才有动力起床的，在这样一个氛围里，我们相互促进共同进步。相反如果一个人的周围都是不愿意奋斗的人，那么他很快就会松懈。
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。

As you can see, some people can reach their final destination while most of other people can not. Why the success men are in minority? What factory makes the difference? It is known the people who are successful in his career because they own high IQ.So there must lie an secret underlying this common phenomenon. Let look at the success people and try to find some thing different from other people.
As far as I am concerned, successful men have something in common, such as ability to deal with difficult problems and spirit of teamwork and always be nice to his team partner. If you look carefully in your daily life you can find that those attributes are easy to find. Anyone who want to success should have those abilities.
Whereas, common people have the dream to be success in some time among his life span. But they lack of the attributes, they have very strong willing to do great job at the very beginning. With the effort they put into their dream, it seems that they can never reach the goal, all the effort seems to useless so that they give up strive and the result can be image. Every single thing they don't do their uttermost so step by step led to the great gap between them and those successful men.
However, sometimes you could find out some people especially from rich family don't industry enough to do their career but they can also reach their final destination. I can't deny these people is exist in our society, nevertheless, they are in minority. We can't decide which family we birth from, the only thing is pursue our dream little by little.
Anyone who want to success they must insist their core value which formed in their early days.Focus one thing and ignore the others and the passion in their daily life are essential for their success.If you feel that you are different among the people around you, never lose you heart, loneliness is normal for a successful men.
