2. 成功人士的身上，哪些特点是具有普遍性的？那些特质是具有特殊性的？请结合具体事例简述。

勤奋，善于管理时间，专注。有人善言辞，有人比较内向。成功的商人，我们都对乔布斯在苹果新产品发布会上的表现记忆犹新，他本人就是活广告，有着说服别人的天赋。艺术家很多不善言辞，很少看到他们参加节目，访谈，多数时候他们都用自己的作品，文字，音乐表达自己。
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
缺少创造力，浪费时间，不专注。如果本人已经练就了一身技艺，或者有绝佳的商业点子，与人相似，人都是喜欢熟悉的事物，可能会获得更多的帮助。当才华还不足以支持野心时，过早的结交朋友，而不是把时间用在磨练技艺上面，可能会偏离，浪费才华。
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
孤独，缺少别人的陪伴，帮助。艺术家李云迪先生，十年如一日默默无闻，他没有在一举成名之后，参加各种访谈，演出，而是潜心磨练技艺，这造就了他不可破的技艺，也让他持续受到关注，成为指日可待的明日大师。
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。

On the topic whether consistency is important to success, some people claim that successful people have to be alike others. However, as far as I am concerned, differences is a vital factor to success.
Firstly, potential successful men tend to be good at time management. Normal people do not really plan their life, on the other hand, talented people know exactly what they ought to do every hour. A good time management ability helps genius strengthen their talents. Yundi, the famous pianist, who has outstanding time schedule, he practiced piano five hours per day and studied elementary schoolwork in the same time when he was 7 years old. He conventionally practices piano for eight hours a day and does interviews, commercial activities, and travel around the world, which needs his brilliant time management skills. Not only pianists have tight time schedule, but also business men need to arrange their daily life in order to function smooth.
Secondly, breaking routines are essence to success. Routines are for normal people, in the other hand, smart people are confident enough to make their own choices. Mostly, students follow parents' orders, such as go to school, go to college, study whatever they want his or her study. Genius always do differently. For example, Steve Jobs, who is one of the most influential man in the world as Apple.co ex-CEO, had done a few abnormal things. He had dropped university and had stared his first company. He created the way we market music today, selling musics on Itunes. Last but not least, he insisted the concise style Apple products designed. Steve had done lots of 'first time', which is the key he make his name.
Thirdly, people who succeed always have a big goal. With a big goal, people are more willing to make significant time investment. Industrious makes the main contribution to success, so that a long-time goal is vital to success. For instance, a friend of my father, Dage, who set his goal as a chairman, he has worked hard all these years, becoming a PHD, joining the Army, and doing social a lot. I saw him on a speech the other day, as a congress man. I believe he will be the chairman someday. A big goal will make people ambitious, so that you will concentrate on your goal and despise others.
Nevertheless, you need to be more like others in order to get assistance. However, people like to spend time with people who share same experience, life style, and values. And they tend to help people they like. In the other words, people are willing to help their friends. According to a research by TsingHua University, eighty percent of respondents think that they tend to make friends with people who share similar characteristics with them, which means that be more like others helps you to success.
All in all, be like others is not a necessary element to success.
