有全新的工作，工作环境，生活的物理环境等等方面。人们适应新环境过程是开始寻找自己适合的场所，工作的节奏，交往的人群，并且不断调整，最后适应的过程。这样的过程是每个人都有的。
2. 专业知识的重要作用是什么？它能够帮助我们做好哪些事情？请结合实际简述。
回答：
专业知识使得我们能够应对一般性的工作问题，得心应手。我们的科学技术知识无论到哪个环境中，都是非常有用的。
3. 什么样的工作要求我们适应环境的能力更强些，为什么？这些工作有什么样的特点？请结合实际简述。
回答：
更加依赖于环境的工作需要我们有更强的适应能力，这些工作是依赖于环境展开的。比如一个企业的总经理到另外一个地方做总经理，要重新熟悉下属、上级、上下游关系、客户等等，这需要很强的适应环境的能力。
4. 什么样的工作需要我们具备出色的专业知识？专业知识是如何帮助我们做好这些工作的呢？请结合实际简述。
回答：
环境变化很大，但是专业性依然很强的知识。比如换一个地方做数学的研究，也许所有的环境都变了，但是主要依赖的知识没有变化，所以说工作的大多数都没有什么变化。
5. 干好一份工作需要哪些方面的能力？上述两种能力以外，其他方面的能力对于工作起到什么重要的影响？请结合实际简述。
回答：
我认为取决于不同的工作，上面两种能力在不同的地方都有必要。除了上面的能力外，还需要有一系列的个人品质，比如敢于冒险，敢于坚持等；比如一个新的创业者，专业知识和适应能力之外，还需要有良好的成为创业者的素质：冒险、判断力和坚持

Adaptation to a new environment and excellent knowledge for a job are both significant factors when we strive to get our work done. It is unfair to claim which one is more important than the other one, and the comparative advantage of the two factors depends on very concrete circumstances. In short, it depends.
In some jobs, which rely on the network and the knowledge about people, the ability of adjusting to a new environment becomes essential. If the job is mainly dependent on the communication with others, a new environment would cause a lot of changes, including how to make new friends, how to get accustomed to new local habits, and so on. A typical case is management: a new manager in charge of the performance of a local company should be adaptable to new environment rapidly, and his excellent knowledge may make little sense in the new circumstance and even act as a sterotype for his new work. Therefore he needs to adjust himself and forget previous knowledge, adapting to the new environment.
In contrary to the management work, many other jobs, for example scientists' work, are not easily affected by a new environment. Most of their work are quite stable, without responses to a new environment. For example, a mathsmatician's work may mainly be to prove a ancient theory, and all the processes and techniques to resolve the problem are contained in his mind, so a new environment may have little effect on his research. Engineers' work should be anagolous to a mathmatician's work. In these cases, an excellent knowledge for the job plays a vital role while a new network is not critical for his work.
In conclusion, different skills play different roles in the specific conditions, and we need to answer the question based on a concrete case. The criteron should be whether the job relies on the network and environment, or more on the professional skills.
