回答: 专业知识,在工作中可以帮助我们迅速解决问题, 提高工作效率;同时可以让我们迅速融入新的生活环境,并且有些工作是一定需要具有专业知识的人才能做得。例如

回答: 工作中需要与不同的人进行交流的工作同时专业性不强的。 例如销售, 需要找不同的消费者来购买产品,如果这样的人内向,不善与人交往,那么他即便具有再强的专业知识和技能也没有用,对他的工作起不到任何作用。
4. 什么样的工作需要我们具备出色的专业知识?专业知识是如何帮助我们做好这些工作的呢?请结合实际简述。
回答: 例如医生,救死扶伤,是用病人的生命来工作。如果没有出色的专业知识,就不能帮助病人恢复健康。 现在学医的人,本科硕士博士加起来至少要学八年,还要进行很长时间的实习,目的就是为了积累经验,获得更多的知识, 才能在关键时刻挽救病人的生命。
5. 干好一份工作需要哪些方面的能力?上述两种能力以外,其他方面的能力对于工作起到什么重要的影响?请结合实际简述。
回答: 处理紧急事件的能力, 临场发挥的能力, 有限的时间内完成好工作的能力。

With the quickening pace of modern society,  conditions arouds us are keeping change. For employees, they need to own several specific skills to be a competent people, not only outstanding professional knowledge, but also other abilities, such as adaptability, which is the most important one for a people to survive in a strange environment. Therefore, I definitely agree with the agreeement, in another word, an adapt employee thrives on change and can work independently and collaboratively. Adaptability is more useful in the work place than specialized knowledge.To begin with, employees must be able to meet the rapid changing working conditions, even in the same company. Advanced technology make companis hire fewer workers, which result in that employees need to shoulder more tasks and can change their work roles easily. Actually, multi-tasking, work flexibility and changing locations are common characteristics of  modern working environment. Without adaptabilty, a person can hardly throw himself into the work, the newly condition will distract him from concentrate, so the working efficient will go down, no matter how brilliant the people is. For example, sales man, who need to do the door-to-door sellings everyday, on one can deny that shy guys are qualified for this job, since they dare the strangers, feel afraid to their changing working conditions, even a higher degree do no help for them.  Therefore, adaptbility plays an significant role in a person's career, which may help them to be successful. Secondly, current working environment also need employees can work independently as well as suitble for the group work. Work autonomously is a big challange for new comers, specific knowledge can be helpful sometimes, but an adapt people will soon get involved in the social circles within the company,  so they can ask some more experienced ones to help them. Furthermore, group work  account for a high proportion in workplaces. This needs people collaboration, which means employees have team spirits, good communicate skills, and can help each other. The employers do not concern  about the process, what they care are the outcomes. To get high efficiency and productivity,  collaboration is essential. So people also need to accustomed to the group work, they should express themselves when they have creative ideas, they should help others when they met troubles, they still need to resolve the disagreement quickly.  Adaptbility can are a essential part in this process, it can make people more bravely,
