可以培养学生自立，但一些同学适应性比较差，独立性比较差，不能很好的适应。安全性存在问题，文化差异导致难以沟通。但可以学好语言，了解文化，自立自强
4. 大学生去国外学习的时间长短应该如何选择？“一个学期”是否合适？请结合具体情况分析并简述。
回答：
根据自身情况、家庭条件决定。一个学期不一定合适。比如一些英语基础比较差的，可能需要多呆一段时间，家庭条件不是很好的，可能会呆的时间比较短
5. 除了出国学习之外，还有哪些其他方式可以更有效地满足以上这些目的？如果有，请举例。

多参加社会实践，比如实战大学生比赛等，去公司实习

Now,many universities and colleges want to send their students to the foreign countries at least one semester.for this phenomon,different people have different opion.
In my opion,we should take it intellectually.in some extent,it is very useful for us.because,we can get a lot of knowledge which we can not at in our country.for example,independence.in our country,we accustom rely on other people.but ,in other country,we have to dependent onourselves.many foreign countries demand students to studying by themselves.so,we can find more kownledge by ourselves.
even there are many advantage for other countries,we have to consider somthing for ourselves.for example,whether going to foreign countries adapt us?whether our family can afford the fee.whether we can adapt the environment there.
so we have to consider about this thing compensively
