回答: 正面:使学习有目标(学好了就可以赚大钱),以后工作赚了钱,生活有保障 负面:学习-不感兴趣,不能主动学习主动思考,学习变成一种负担eg:一个对汉语言学感兴趣的学生,被父母逼着去学了计算机,学习很痛苦,也学得不好,同时使得学生扎堆,没人学冷门专业;生活-没有去学习自己感兴趣的东西,生活缺少乐趣;工作-只能知道跟自己专业非常相关的知识,缺少很多其他的艺术文学或者与人交流的知识,而这些都是对工作很相关的
2. 如果没能形成正确的价值理念标准,而仅仅为某项工作做好了准备,会有哪些潜在的问题和不足?请举例并简述。
回答: 仅有针对该项工作的能力,出现突发事件很可怕eg:08financial crisis,很多金融业从业人员失业,找不到工作,他们就只能做哪些工作;很多工作是interact的,仅仅为某项准备,会束缚自己的想法,使得工作发展缓慢
3. 除了为工作做准备以外,在大学阶段,学生应该锻炼哪些其他能力?怎样进行这些能力的锻炼?请举例并简述。
回答: 训练思维逻辑能力,与人交流能力,应对突发事件的能力,快乐生活的能力;eg:思维和交流,多参加各种seminar,接触不同思想的人,与之交流;演习;培养并发展业余爱好,选修文学艺术类可能,享受生活

The objective of education should not only be those to provide society technicians who possess an enormous amount of skill and thus are conversant with all knowledge in their own field, but also should contain the art and spiritual creators and thinkers to help solve the fundamental questions faced by humans. Consequetly, the encouragement by the edaucation institutions for students to choose fields of study that will prepare them for lucrative careers may be so limited, for both the job markets and the society, and the students themselves, despite its some advatages.For the whole society and the development of the dscipline, all students are advised to study in the fields like law, economy, medicine and etc, which are likely to asssure them a higher salary in the future career than other areas like archeology, philosophy and ancient literature. The the latter disciplines are expected to encounter regression, which in turn leads to less students to engage in, subsequently, the future disciplines may get narrower and narrower for later students. It surely is not what most people would like to anticipate.In addition, as a freshman, the student is likely to know nothing about the courses and the current conditions of the job market, and even what their interests reside in, thus, following the advices by the educational institutions institaneously may be contradict to their own interests. If it is the case, then the following courses and programs can be very hard for the students to learn because of his no interests and enthusiasm in the field. At that time, regretting for the choise bears nothing to get the time back.Having said this, we do not deny that stepping in the field that may lead students to lucrative careers will totally direct the students to a bleak future. On the contrary, the benefits of such encourgements are obvious as it can galvanize students to study much more arduously in order to be choosen by the future employers. Hence students possessing such convinctions usually gain better performance than othersTtake a economy students as an example, she chose the major of international economy and relationship, following the advise of both her parents and the teachers in the educational institutions. Due to her desire to make more money in the future career, she studied much harder than other students in her department and always got straight A in each semester, and finally got a decent job in a famous international bank. Since education's comprehensive content and objectives, such better performance should not be the only aim of  both teachers and students, for the reason that such utilitarian stimulation may cause the students's learning much limited, by neglecting those curriculua not directly relevant with their future career. For example, a civil engineering student may be unwilling to take the linguistic courses for they have nothing to do with his future occupation as an egineering. But who can forecast the future, chances are high that they may use such knowledge.In conclusion, as the educational institutions, they may instruct students the current conditions of the jb market and perspective field, as well as encourge those who want to persue their own interests, and then leave the choise to students themselves, for the sence that they have been adults and owns the ability to determine what they are going to take.
