To be a successful person is the goal of many young adults. And some of them hold the point that it is necessary to get familiar to others which can lead them to achieve their goal. I found it not appropriate and I believe that like other or not is just a factor which might lead to different destination but not the main factor of being success.
It is fair to say that being unique can be a reason of success. We can find a cluster of examples such as Steven Jobs. He is the person who is more concentrate in making a brand new and perfect product to change the way people think and act. As the most unique person I've ever known, Jobs led his team to be one of the biggest industry all over the world. Nobody can deny his perseverant, his unusual and his successful.
From my point of view, the common factor of successful is like hard-working, perseverance and strong belief. Like other or not just considered as a personal characteristic that may provide different ways to be successful. Bill Gates is another famous billionaire and one of the most successful individual in America. Just like Jobs, Gates is also the leader of a huge computer industry. Although they had all became the big boss after a long turn struggle, they are so different. Gates is always creating a new version of product just similar to the last one, and act like a normal person. Though Jobs want to break the limit and always broaden our eye sight.
No matter same to others or not, every individual have the chance to be successful. There are lot's of factors lead to successful such as organization, design, management and opportunities. The ancient Chinese idiom says "Time, place, people.". Those are the factors of achievement. It shows that get familiar to others is just one of the complex factor of success.
