University is a place where human can learn a lot of knowledge and discuss with the considerably professional professor. It has been more than 1000 years for advanced eduction. Now more and more people attend college for a plenty of different reasons. From my prospective,people come to university mainly for three reasons.To get a good job，learn knowledge which they are interested in and enjoy the resources which university can provide for them.
The first reason I want to put forward is that a large sum of people come to university just want to find a good job in the future.As the society develops，science and technology become more and more complex，companies demand employee who know more than any other ages and college graduates can satisfy their requirement.As a graduate from a college，they must possess a english language skill and know how to work with using computer. These things can make them easier to star to work than who haven't attend to university. One of my friends, Xiao Ming who was born in a largely poverty country,if he didn't attend to college，he will be a farmer or craft as his relatives. In China these vocations can not make him rich and change his life style. Becasue he study hard ，he finally approached to a famous university， and after graduating he find a excellent job in Beijing. In the world，there are so many people like Xiao Ming. Graduating from universities supply them opportunities to famous companies and get a satisfactory salary.So now more and more people want to find a good job ，they will first attend to college.
Secondly，college still act as a place where people can learn a considerably latest knowledge which they are interested in. Students can contact with the famous professor and be guided . Compared wiith old times，knowledge becomes more and more complex，people can not be a scientist just learning by themselves.Today almost scientist graduated from universities and thorough college they can learn knowledge，work in labs and invent new technologies by corporation.It is true that almost people who win Nobel prize is coming from universities.
Thirdly，as a space ，there are a great deal of scientists，politicians and entrepreneurs graduating. Attending to college， people can enjoy the resources from the platform. Because you have a lot alumnus who have a high statue in society, and they sometimes can benefit from these resources.
Although someone has limitations，ie money ，time or other thing， attending to college is not the most suitable option，more and more people prefer go to universities ，just for the three reasons mentioned
