Firstly,mistake with careless,just like mother told me to buy her a bag of washing powder on my way working off but I just forgot the whole thing.Then the mistake with no experience is usually happened.Boss sent me a mission which I will have a negotiation with the represent of the company so that our company can deal the cooperation in a lower price.What is unexpected that we are played by the competitor.That's a mistake without experience.Perhaps it will costs lots of money of my company I can learn the lesson forever.But there are mistakes will shall never made it.For examples,kill a person,or addict into drugs and so on.Once people make the mistakes it will change the life of the whole life.
2. 请结合具体事例谈谈孩子们通过犯错可以吸取哪些教训？这些教训对于他们起到哪些作用？
回答：

Under my mother 's education,the first time I make a mistake without the experience before then the mistake will be forgive.Take a simple example,when I was young I just came home late after school on my first grade in primary school.Mother told me about my careless.Some days later,it happened again.Mom just let me stand at the door side without a single word. Obviously that's not a mistake that I can make the second time.
