回答：
A team's success requires financial resources, good chances, and qualified people. When it comes to the people, we don't need same opinion to make things work. We all have different opinions and conflicts of interests in a team, but we could be successful as long as we make a good balance over differences. For example, a shareholder of a company wants the maximum profits, while creditor of the company would like a stable operation in case his interests are not affected by high risk business. The shareholders and the creditors would decide together about the proper risk of the business and benefit from it together. It's all about balance.
2. 请谈谈你对“不同意见“的理解？人们在什么情况下，会产生不同意见？请结合实际简述。
回答：
Many different opinions come from the conflicts of interests. Shareholders need high profit while creditors only need little risk; employers want the meaximum performance from their staff while the employees want the best salary and welfare.

Different opinions are not equal to obstacles. They only remind us of all of the aspacts while achieving something.

Different opinions contributes to the success of a team. First of all, they make people think in other people's shoes, so we could not have a blindside. The owner have to think about the staff's interests when decide the salary. Only the staff receive the satisfactory wages could they be more happy and productive on their work. Thus the owner would benefit form the salary he has signed. Secondly, different opinions stimulate the team member to make the benefits bigger. A team is not a zero sum game, or I get less when you get more. We could work together to make a better outcome so that everyone could benefit. I saw a case on the soup opera the Good Wife. There was a law suit about a patient prosecute a giant pharmacy factory for improper medicine instruction. The patient won the case with a 3 million compensation, but the defense didn't lose. Because the factory predicted a 8 million compasation and in the end, the defending attorney got a 500 thousand reward.

Last, in many cases, we need a second opinion to success. Almost every developed country in the world is not ruled by only one party. In America, no matter where the president came from, he has to listen the democrats as well as the republicans at the same time. A ruling party needs be criticized from across the aisle. On the other hand, the countries only ruled by one party all over the world hardly had any achievements economically.
