回答： I think there are three types of skill which are relevant to the courses while not academic issues. The first one is communicative skills which will make teaching easily and effectively. This reminds me of my history teacher, who is so good at talking to us and he knows which student need extra assistances this is good to students to gain high scores. The second one I think is the enthusiasm for teaching. Imaging this, if a teacher doesn't love to be a teacher and doesn't love his students, how can his students know the knowledge better? Last but not least, the logic of teacher is also important to the student because a good logical expression can help students understand better and absorb more knowledge which students can speculate from that logic.
