回答: 教师的职责包括 1.传授学生知识,课堂教育现在仍然是学校教育的中心,教师有责任在课堂上传授学生所需的知识,帮助学生建立一套完整的知识结构。 2.帮助学生发展出一套有原则的周详的价值体系。熟知事实,技术并不能帮助学生决定什么样的目标是值得的。以及实现这些目标的手段是否合乎伦理。故需要帮助学生发展一套有原则的完备的价值体系。 3.向学生传达某些民主社会赖以依存的价值观。这些价值观包括构成我们法律基石的公平和平等,以及对他人观点的尊重可宽容。 4.培养学生兴趣,激发灵感。充分发掘学生的潜力。 5.帮助学生全面发展

回答: 1.知识,包括基本的科学文化知识,以及 将来以之谋生的专业知识与技能。 2.有原则周详的价值体系,只有建立了一套有原则完整的价值体系才会对明确那些事值得做,为什么要做,做事的手段是否合乎伦理道德。 3.通过学习中的互动,掌握与人相处交流之道。 4.培养自己特有的兴趣爱好,每个人都有好奇心,都有用自己独特的方式去探索的欲望。

回答: 如果在授课过程中,教育家严格且完全满足学生想要的,这样是做不到的。因为和庞大的学生数量相比,教育资源相对有限,有时是匮乏的,无法完全以满足学生所需为前提去进行。即使教育资源充足,这样做可能会造成很多学生知识结构不完整,不能为社会输送全面发展的人才。
4. 如果在设计课程的过程中教育家完全忽视学生的兴趣和建议,会对教学以及其效果有哪些影响?请举例并简述。
回答: 这样完全忽视学生所需的做法会扼杀学生的兴趣,好奇心,影响学生的学习动力,使学生的潜力未能得到充分开发。
5. 你认为的,在设计课程过程中,应该怎样参考学生的兴趣和建议比较合适?请简述。
回答: 应该尽量给不同兴趣的学生提供一些可供自主选择的课程,前提是在必修课得到保证的基础上。例如,对于学习物理专业的学生,可以开始一些现代物理前沿的讨论课,让学生了解物理学家正对哪些问题感兴趣,有哪些亟待解决的难题,使学生结合自身来有针对性的学习。

The speaker claims that  educators should take into account the interests and suggestions of their students when planning courses.This viewpoint lies on the belief that students are more motivated to learn when they are interested in what they are studying.I concede this viewpoint.Nevertheless, in my view educators should not only value students' interests and suggestions but also guarantee the quality of compulsory curriculum.

I agree with the speaker? claim that educators should take account of students' interests and  suggestions.After all,an educational system that take account  of students' specific interests and suggestions would be helpful to fully develop the students' distinct potentials and  gift.According to a research of educational psychology,most of students are eager to be centred and appreciated and enthusiastic about learning what they are interested in.In such educational system,students could gain psychological satisfactory and be motivated to study.Nevertheless,even though students' interests and suggestions should be valued,the quality of compulsory curriculum should be guaranteed rather than neglected.Compulsory curriculum usually represents wisdoms of myriad intellectuals.For example,the college physics course involves wisdoms of many gifted physicists,such as Galileo,Newton,Maxwell,Einstein.Anyone who want to be a physicist must have a mastery of the college physics course.In the contrary,if educators design courses only according to students' interests and suggestions, students might become dilettantes------lacking enough basic knowledge and abilities to offer anything valuable.Thus,assuring the quality of compulsory curriculum is also an important task.However,the number of students in a class may be larger.Therefore, it is a mission possible for educators to design courses fully according to students' interests and suggestions.

Aside from the undeniable value of compulsory curriculum,it is impossible to for educators to design courses fully according to students' interests and suggestions due to relatively limited educational resources. Suppose that there are usually twenty students in a class and the time of a class is forty minutes.And the average time occupied by each one is only two minutes.Who can tell me what we can do in only two minutes.

Admittedly,although the complete liberty in designing courses fully according to students' interests and suggestions,educators should offer more freedom and opportunities as long as the quality of compulsory curriculum are guaranteed .For instance,students in physics departments are usually interested in the latest issues in modern physics.And educators should design some course on latest issues in physics to help students to keep abreast of what other physicist are interested in.It would be very helpful for students.

In conclusion,it is helpful that educators design courses fully according to students' interests and suggestions.However, they should not only value students' interests and suggestions but ensure the quality of compulsory curriculum.
