回答: 听、说、读、写。
4. 在基础教育阶段统一课程对于国家统治和管理有什么好处?有什么弊端?请举例说明。
回答: 容易制定也比较容易实施。没有意识到各个地区发展水平的差异。例如中国的西部和东部,西部的教育比较落后,很多来自农村的孩子需要进行很多基础训练,人大城市的孩子可能在入学前及已经掌握了这些技能。
5. 如果各地自己决定基础教育阶段的课程内容,对于学生的培养有什么好处?有什么弊端?请举例说明。
回答: 因材施教,能利于学生发展;尊重各地区的风俗文化。 也可能导致发展不均衡,不利于人才的流动,不好制定高等教育的入学标准。
6. 如果各地自己决定基础教育阶段的课程内容,对于国家统治和管理有什么好处?有什么弊端?请举例说明。
回答: 比较公平,是民主的体现; 种类太多不好制定标准。

The centure issue is about whether a nation should implement a unified education or a diversified one to its K-12 education. Since the latter one can ensure a free atmosphere of study, make the studnents have a foundment knowledge of his future research topic, what's more in a multi-culture nation, it is impossible to implete unified education,  I merit a diversified more.A success process of study is the in great need of free environment in which the kids can select which their favorite is. Interest is the best teacher and the the most motivation to study. A suvry shows that a a student is more easier to be motivated and will learn more if he or she has interest. However, the same national curriculum can hardly realize this, for so different students will undoubtly have different interets. By contrast, offered a diversified one, the students have more choices, they can freely choose what they like. As a result, the unified education just bring up students lack of imagination and creativty. However, study based on their interest, the students learn in a initative way, which they will think more. Thus for the more flexibel, the diversity education will ensure the students have different characteristics and enable a nation with diversity talents, good for its citizens to treat a problem from different aspects and solve national affairs.Also, having established some basis in middle school, the students can quickly focus on certain area of research and are able to make higher level of contribution. Athough not every student know what their interests are and their potential ability, we can not deny there still some, or even the in high proportion, student know what they want to do in the future. Take a friend of mine for example, she has a fancy on Chemistry in middle school and wants to be a profession in this field. But unfortuntly, it is the same national curriculum offered by our country, she has spent much of time on the subjects which she doesn't like. Although, she has realize her dream in university, she always compain about the life of her middle school, for the unhappy memory and pains to learn she disinterested subjects, which she can use for learn relative couses  which will establish her with a foundation so that she can focus on her favorite much earlier.In a multi-culture, different communities should be given opportunity to preserve and promote their traditional cutural. Different ethnics may have different regional cuturals and beliefs.  They should establish special courses to convey their own language and words, as well as their history.  The unified education cannot satisfy this need and may distort these cultures and traditions. Addittedly, their is some courses, such as the history and geography of the world, no need to design different one, since they are the same, however, for this or that reasons, a diversified education is necessary, such as in defferent development provinces, for example, the east and southwest of China, the level of education is dramatically different for the different economical developing level, hence, the students in the west have to learn the basic knowledge, while the sduents needless to do so for their parents have tought them before they go to school.Despite the fact that even a diverified education cannot meet every student's interest for it is so widely and a unified education may be a money and effort save way, I insist that the diversified education benefits more, for give a student a freely study environment, and prepare themselves well for their future colledge study, as well as it is more prectical in  a nation with different regional developing level.
