回答：不一定，有少部分是拥有这个国家大量的财富，例如10%的人拥有了这个国家80%的财富，那么即使这个国家非常富裕，它还是有90%的人没有富裕；例如中国古代的皇室和普通老百姓就是这样，唐朝在当时是全世界最富裕的国家，但是当时的诗人杜甫认知没有自己的房子，住在的是一个经不住风吹雨大的茅草房。

4. 如果一个社会并不太发达，但是人民生活安定富裕，这对于整个社会的繁荣会带来什么好处？会有什么负面作用？请举例说明。

回答：好处：促进整体社会分繁荣，因为人体富裕了，他们就有更多的钱拿去投资，拿去创业，例如开餐馆，而且钱多了，他们的购买力就会很强，需求就会变大，从而促进经济的发展，而经济的发展有能带动社会其他方面的进步。坏处，如果他们一开始拥有的财富悬殊太大，容易造成两极分化。
