5. 教育机构应该对学生的学习和发展起到怎样的引导作用？都应该如何去做？请分析并简述。

教育机构有着充分的学生数据，选择此专业的学生需要具备怎样的素质和特点，可以通过测验或者和新入学生沟通了解该学生是否适合本专业。如果不适合需要及时引导其去其他专业。并且辅佐以之前学生的例子，或者匿名开放以往学生的出路的database

In our days, most educational institutions just teach lessons to students from the begining of a semester and train them to be specialist in their specific field without concerning about whether the student is probably to be successful till graduation.
However, in my opinion a good one should carry not only the educational function but also guiding the students to the right direction of fields and disuading them from a wrong way. To let the students understand which major suits themselves best and in what field they would contribute best even achieve a great achievement. This is not only a responsibility a school should take for students, but also a duty for the quality of educators themselves.
From a student's aspect, a success needs some basic elements including talent, interests, perserverance, methods, and enviroments. Unfortunately not lots of students know themselves well before they choose to study in a field. For instance in China, some parents have great influence on their children about picturing the future especially for girls. In their mind, doctors, teachers, or ministor for goverments are the best jobs for girls because it's easy and stable. Therefore, many of students make a blindy decision under their parents' opnion without real interest or talent. Though alent is no that neccessary for success, it is still proved by scientists that gifted DNA will lead to easier success in doing something. What if Mozart did not learn music but chemistry, hardly to imagine his name would appear on history books. Without knowing oneself well, students will quickly get tired in difficult knowlege learning way, finally failed or losing the time.
A educational institution on one hand should give students all it could give to educate them, on the other hand should select the best portential people for its future reputation.If a student who is unlikely to success be trained within years at last will only turn to be waste of resources and time. That's why amount of people changing their majors for years.
Even though educators take responsibilities to guide a kid, the one who is most responsible for one's achievement is himself. Any decision has been made should be deeply considerated and understanding one's heart thoroughly.
Educational Institutions helps people who are not learned but willing to learn, and show them a bright way to success but not a dark one. In this point of view, to support the suitable students and desuade the unsuitable students is also one of their duties.
