1. 请结合实际谈谈一个领导者应该具备哪些重要素质?其中,哪些素质决定了他(她)成为一名有效的领导者?
回答: 首先,一个优秀的领导者有热情,激发下属的才能,加以利用。第二,领导者还应该有凝聚力,使下属团结一心高效地完成工作。第三,优秀的领导者也应具有较强判断力把握全局,在关键时候果断做出恰当的抉择。是决定一个团队长久发展的关键核心。
2. 请结合实际谈谈制定决策对于领导全局的重要地位是什么?一个科学合理的决策的制定应该考虑哪些因素?
回答: 一个正确的决定会给团队带来利益,不仅仅是金钱,还有名誉,影响力,的提升,从长远计还使团队更具竞争力。相反,一个不合理的决定,会带来巨大的长期和短期的损失。科学合理的决定应从能做什么/怎么做/怎么做的最好来决定。
3. 让其他人参与到决策中来一定会提高领导的有效性吗?会不会因为参与人数的增加而延长决策的耗时,导致领导有效性的降低?请结合具体事例来简述。
回答: 让所有人都参与到决策中肯定会降低决策的有效性,每个人都有自己的价值观,对最优的决策评定也是不一定的,因此会是每一个决定耗时成倍增加,反而降低了决策的最佳时机。并且很可能得出的结果缺乏系统性,得不到最优结果。
4. 一名领导者的有效性还表现在其他哪些方面?有没有事例证明即使只有少数人在决策,该领导者仍然是有效力的呢?
回答: 高效的领导者还应该采用好的管理来领导,一个能够顾及到所有人的利益的体系是诗能够使大家满意的,也是高效工作的前提。 比如每个大公司都只有董事会的那几个人有决定权,而只要公司的管理制度和奖励方式得当,那么他的公司就会高效运转,领导就是有效力的。
5. 请结合具体事例来说明共同参与到决策中来对于大家来说会有哪些影响呢?
回答: 所有人都参与,当然会让大家有主人的意识,感觉到工作义不容辞,为自己的利益获取可能会更努力。不可否认的是,决定的有效性势必会因为人多口杂而降低。所以,如果一个稍具规模的企业,让所有人都参与到决策中是耗时耗力的,应该让有领导才能的少数人高效的做决定,引导大家。使利益最大化。

A effictive leader is considered to be a person who is passionate enough to inspire his soldiers' capability, and he can make people cooperate with each other effictively. Meanwhile the ability of fixing complex situation is necessary to a leader.I don't approve that all members should participate in making decision. When everyone in a group joins into a decision, it sure will decline the effictiveness of  the decision and fold increase the time it takes. On one hand, everyone has a his own opinion about the optimal choice which may not be all the same. Strong argues may emerge in the value difference, and lead to an chaotic result. On the other hand. A choice is welcome when it involves the benefits of all members, but not all members have to participate in it.Just like the board of a company which make important decisions only consists of a few people. Even the  most successful enterprise runs in this way. What is important, a good leader concerns not only himself but also his men when  makes an optimal dicision. Meanwhile, members will work effectively if the reward system is  resonable, and what leaders should do is to formulate a effictive managment system.There is some truth in the viewpoint which others join in the dicision progress. As we can imgine, people will be harder working when he can feel himself like a owner of this company. He would probably be willing to spend more time on his job to amplify his interests. However, we need a few influential leaders to make most of decisions in a big company or group to keep efficient instead of massive meaningless arguements.
