How to run a huge and complex company effectively.This question perplexed people for many years.The problem has been the lace of effective leader.But,the effevtive leader raises further questions about whether outstanding leader should try to make others feel they have been part of a decision.in my opinion leaders shoucld their own decision . firstly Making decision with others will spend more time.every person has their own opinion which may different from others.It is hard to choose the most property solution .so they may have a discussion ,to find the most suitable method.however  ,it will waste lots of time to have meeting.and In an international corporation ,there many things should be solved during a day.just like the example in my company.last month my boss decide to buy a machine which is cheap and consume less energy .so he asked lots of engineers in my company .of course he got many different answers. Finally he found if he consider all those suggestion ,the question of buying machine will not disappear overnight.Finally,he made his own decision with his experience.and make a good choose.secondly the employee usually have less experience and ability than the leader.so their decision will do harm to company'sstrategy.the leader  are people who have the courage to take the initiative to dominate the situation,They are deceive, bold ,tactful and communicate very well.so they more insightful than common people .Just like jobs .the CEO of apple company.a talent of electronic facilities.when he decide to design Iphone no one support him.and thing he is a madman.but he make a  splendid accomplishment .iphone become the most popular mobilephone in the word .in a nut shell ,effective leader's decision is more favorable than common people
