1. 请结合实际谈谈一个领导者应该具备哪些重要素质?其中,哪些素质决定了他(她)成为一名有效的领导者?
回答: 领导者应该有前瞻性,有组织能力,领导能力,能营造良好的氛围,鼓励别人,亲和力,沟通能力和避免独裁的能力。一个有效的领导者应该具有计划能力,组织能力,沟通能力和避免独裁的能力。
2. 请结合实际谈谈制定决策对于领导全局的重要地位是什么?一个科学合理的决策的制定应该考虑哪些因素?
回答: 制定决策是实施一个方案的第一步,起着策略和领导的作用,一切实践操作都要以决策方案为基准。 一个科学合理的决策,应该考虑可行性,以及能预测到可能的后果,能有效率的完成任务。
3. 让其他人参与到决策中来一定会提高领导的有效性吗?会不会因为参与人数的增加而延长决策的耗时,导致领导有效性的降低?请结合具体事例来简述。
回答: 参与人数多的确可能导致决策延时,决策成本过高,但是这只是短期的视角。长期来看,让员工参与决策是激励员工的很好的方法。给员工参与感员工会更有主动性积极性去工作,而且人数多,也可以使决策更明智更全面,避免因独裁导致的失误,毕竟一个人的思维能力有限。比如,,受日本汽车的冲击,福特汽车出现了34年来的第一次亏损。从1980年至1982年,短短三年亏损总额达到了33亿美元。与此同时,福特汽车内部工人的不满情绪与日俱增,举行了多次罢工。福特公司陷入了严重的危机。从1982年开始,福特公司实行“全员参与决策制度”,鼓励员工参与公司事务的管理,从而改变了公司管理者与员工的对立关系,福特公司从此出现了转机。
4. 一名领导者的有效性还表现在其他哪些方面?有没有事例证明即使只有少数人在决策,该领导者仍然是有效力的呢?
回答: 比如下达生产指标,领导者决策,之际下达目标,这样是最有效率的。
5. 请结合具体事例来说明共同参与到决策中来对于大家来说会有哪些影响呢?
回答: 激励员工,增强归属感,提高工作积极性。

What is effective? Effective is that using less materials and costs to produce the most outputs.In the short run perspective a leader makes decisions all by himself and direct transmits that to the staffs,what seems like a efficient process, because it does not need time to discuss and to reach an agreement as well as  that also saves the organization costs. But what would happen during a long time for a firm? Can we still keep the advantage of costs?I would like to answer, no!  
Isolating others form firm's decision will reduce their enthusiasm and motivation to the job. In contrary to that, when a leader makes others feel they have been a part of decisions, people will have sense of belonging of the firms and they will be more active and initiative to work. A group decision can also avoid the one-sidedness problems which are frequently caused by autocratic decision.For example, the Ford was under deficit during 1980-1982 because of the compete against the japanese automobile manufacturer.Meanwhile the atmosphere in the company was also not optimistic and employees had many discontent emotions which leaded to several times strike. Since 1982 the company decided to introduce a new strategy that all employees should take part in the decisions and  encouraged employees to manage company by themselves. That brought ford a great success on changing the opposing relationship between company and employees and as well as a favourable turn to company's  income
.From this example, we can confirm that the sense of participation makes more efficient decision. Therefore a effective leader will try his best to do the right thing to the company,so he will make others feel they have been taken part in the decisions.
