1. 你或你朋友是自雇，创业还是给别人打工？现在的这种工作制度令人满意吗？为什么？
回答：
My friend are all working for someone else. Seen from me, they are satisfied about this sort of institution. Salaries are usually higher than self-employed. Every day has the same rhythm that start working at 9:00 am and get off at 5:00 pm. It is also not very larborious than people who own a business which means we have more time with families together.
2. 你有打算换一下工作性质吗？为什么？
回答：
I don't want to change the situation now.
a). I can make schedule with my wish. whenever i want have a rest, I can do it right away. And also, I can work 18 hours a day if I wish.
b). Although salaries is not very high, but it is not low as well. I can save money to buy something I want and prepare presents for my parents
3. 你所了解的这三种工作性质，它们的利弊各是什么？
回答：
Self-employed person is unstrained. They don't worry about being fired. Whatever they want do they just do it. But life may be a little larbirous because it is really hard to make affluent money by only oneself.
Work for someone else can get a salary which is not low, but life may be little boring because every day you have a same schedule.And You may afraid of being fired.
Own a business can earn most money and it can satisfy your ambition. But you will take too much time on your career and little on your family.
