In School age, it may be almost every student dream to get high grades. Also, their parents would like to see their little children studying hard in school. In order to courage their kids,some suprise gifts may not be neglected. Some choose to praise them oral, some prefer to buy toys, and even some parents give money to their children for high marks. i would say that is not a reasonable way for parents to educate.
In the long run, it may ruin the real love connection between parents and kids. Everytimes the kids get high grades, they get money. When it lasts long time, the childern may take it for granted getting money and buying the stuff they like. They may change their view about parents and begin to think that their parents only care about their grades but themselves. Myself, in fact is a prime exampel of this case. When I was very young in elementary school. My parents were too busy to spend time with me. To encourage me do well in school, they gave mongy for my high marks on math. At first, I was very happy and really work hard on that subject. However, asI turned into high school, I began to worry that they may not love me any more if I do not good at studying anymore. The only value of me is to get high grades. I became very upset at that time. During that period, I always had qurral with them for no reasons. We almost do not talk anymore in the dinner time. Many of my classmates whoes parents did the same with mine, their relationship between older at last is not that good. That would be my worst time in my lifetime.Giving money is not enough to prove thire real care for childrens.
Giving money may also leads to  some negative resuls on their academic. Money is a huge attractibe thing to school age kids. The long for money to buy the liked. Since only good grades represents for money, the would try anyting they could to get high marks. What if they may not do well in some exam and still want money? Clearly,some bold students may cheat in the test to get high marks. It is really a terrible habits as they form.
