A leader should have team cooperation ability, creative thinking and ambition.Being able to listen to different advice from others and making everybody bring into play their biggest potentiality according to their respective abilities is the essential quality that an effective leader has. Making decisions has a vital role in leading the overall situation. If a leader want to make a scientific and reasonable decision,he or she will have to consider the opinion of the majority,the feasibility of the plan and the effect of the plan in the future.  Of course,letting the others take part in making the decisions can broaden the leader's mind.A leader can integrate these good advice to make the best decision finally.However,it also can lengthen the time of decisions to let everybody take part in the decisions,so it lead to the decrease of working effectiveness.For instance,a corporation's decisions is made by the board of the director,not the staff.The board of the director is also consist of different people so the decision is very open.If the staff all make the decisions,the corporation must waste much time in lengthy meeting.Just lie Jobs,he always made decisions by himself.Although his team often complained his arbitrariness and acerbity,Jobs led his team to the summit of career under his accurate decisions.Sometimes only few people take part in the decision,the decision is still effective.  It can't be denied that taking part in the decision making jointly makes everyone has a sense of existence and obligation.A company has a labor union, the representative of the union decides the working hour and the workload.The employers not only strive for their rights but they also improve the working efficiency.
