回答：
目的是为了发展开明的文化，使人民的思想得到提升。上层建筑中政治建筑决定了思想建筑，而思想建筑反过来又影响着政治建筑。通过政府对艺术的资助，艺术也可以反应政治存在的不足从而，促进政府对现状的反思。有利于社会的发展，稳定社会秩序，构建更和谐的乌托邦社会。
可以满足，经济，以及普及某项艺术的权力。
3. 政府资助对艺术会有哪些负作用？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
副作用，政府资助艺术也许会导致政治对艺术的干涉，从而会使艺术作为政治的统治手段而不能正确反应正确的历史事实。并且，一味地对艺术进行资助，还会导致艺术的依赖性，打消了创作的积极性。其艺术就不能称之为艺术了。
4. 艺术在获得政府资助之后，相对于之前会有什么样的变化？这些变化有哪些是正面的，哪些是负面的？
回答：
百家争鸣现象的出现，人们思想的提升。但也会导致某些艺术家为了获得资助而艺术，创作性将大大下降。可能这些艺术都是作为教条式来约束人们的思想。这样也不利于艺术与群众的发展。
5. 是否存在为了保持艺术纯洁性而拒绝政府资助的事例？是否存在接受政府资助之后丧失艺术纯洁性的事例？如果有，请简单描述事例。

有，艺术纯洁大部分牵涉到历史史实的记载，很多历史记载家因为不能按照国王或皇上的旨意改写历史而丧失生命。
6. 艺术的纯洁性是指什么？包括那些方面？怎样的行为就属于威胁或者丧失艺术的纯洁性？
回答：
艺术的纯洁性指艺术仅为艺术而生，而不是为了其它的比如经济，政治，名誉，地位等而生。真正的艺术能被传颂千秋万代。逼迫某种艺术要篡改政治立场，为了出名而艺术，为了赚钱和迎合市场而艺术都会或多或少威胁到艺术的纯洁性。

government.First, the construction of government is the fundemental of the construction of arts, therefore ,the prohibation of the blossom of arts could impulse thespeculatant astronomphy of arts. Second, to some extends, government funding of arts expanded widly among people. People easily to get the way to afford arts.Admittedly, goverment plays a vital role in the progress of arts. However, if government interverened much to the arts, then it would effet the purity of arts. Because the blind of supporting arts may be declining the activities of creating arts. It may lead to artists mostly depend on the funding of government that some artists may not intend to creat the true arts but for the funds.Besides, some governments may drill their political thoughts into arts which can serves for the government to spread its own political views to citizens. Those are bound to influence gravely on the purity of arts. As John Keats said:"Beauty is truth, truth beauty." The words told us the meaning of arts is its truth beauty which reveals art is not impure, not for the political use, not for the money, not for the reputation but "Arts for the sake of art's". Thus it is necessary that arts as a tool
to convey people the spirits of the contemporary period, reflect a real
situation of history and reveal the sincere emotion of artists. The importance
of art pure seem a soul of society which becomes a baptism to people’s behaviors.In order to develop arts well, we may orgnise a unprofitable institution to gathering funds for artists creating arts but not only from government. Artists can derive compatible funds to create arts in which government less intervened. Maybe only in this way could reserve the purity of arts.
