Most working positions about this major have higher salaries. Success usually means high salary, high position, great piece. So if a major can easily take people to success, it must be popular, and it must has a big market in the society. For example, most people think IT industry can take students to a successful place. Because it's one of the most useful and popular industry in most part of the world. There is a lot of countries going through the financial crisis so that a lot of people lost there jobs. But even now, IT industry can also offer people more positions than other trades.
2. 如果没能形成正确的价值理念标准，而仅仅为了“成功”而选择专业，会有哪些潜在的问题和不足？请举例并简述。
回答：
Success can be turned into different conceptions in different peoples' minds. The root is we hold different values. You cannot judge other peoples' values or behaviors by using your own opinions. So there is no one can teach or even tell others the meaning of success. It will lose children's critical thinking if they only follow their parents' or teachers' ways. Sometimes other's cannot detect our talents. So if we only listen to the others, we may miss the big thing. If Liu Huan who is called the godfather in Chinese musical circle only follow his parents thinking, he is only a ordinary French teacher.
3. 除了为以后的成功做准备以外，在大学阶段，学生应该锻炼哪些其他能力？怎样进行这些能力的锻炼？请举例并简述。

Reading and working. Library is really a treasure of an university. You can find which is the major you like the best. It has 2 meanings about working. The first one is working in the community or some welfare organization. The second one is finding a part-time job. It is another kind of knowledge about how to work and treat people.

Absolutely not. knowledges about how to get along with people is also important. From this process, we can learn how to speak that other colleagues will accept our advices or ideas. ie. Meeting is an ordinary part of working in most corporations. Although you have a brilliant idea, others won't adopt you suggestion if you cannot express your words acceptable.

Experiencing more will give students more choices in their lives. For example studying musical instruments, playing more sports, attending more welfare works, imitating real social works, etc.
