回答: 素质:很强的责任心,谨慎的判断,具有号召力,口才好,善于引导,眼光长远,亲和力 其中,谨慎地判断和善于引导会决定一名有效地领导者
2. 请结合实际谈谈制定决策对于领导全局的重要地位是什么?一个科学合理的决策的制定应该考虑哪些因素?
回答: 制定决策对于领导全局起决定性作用 因素:是否具有可操作性,是否是风险最小最妥当,是否符合大局,是否满足较多人的意愿,是否最大利益化
3. 让其他人参与到决策中来一定会提高领导的有效性吗?会不会因为参与人数的增加而延长决策的耗时,导致领导有效性的降低?请结合具体事例来简述。
回答: 不一定。有可能,若是决策的人太多,则会耗费大量时间来达到一致性;一个公司里面,若是一群人要最终决定出一个有效的方案,那么首先是提出方案,接着要从提出方案当中选出,若是意见始终不能同意,自然会耗时耗力,若是领导自己决定,则又会偏向个人,就不再具有群体合作决断的意义
4. 一名领导者的有效性还表现在其他哪些方面?有没有事例证明即使只有少数人在决策,该领导者仍然是有效力的呢?
回答: 有效性:做出最正确的决策,分配工作最合理,从而使每个人发挥到自己最大水平,判断十分谨慎明确 很多世界前五百强公司都有董事会的设置,董事会的人往往是少数,而他们做出的决策也叫精英决策,往往比与员工一起做出的决策更加明智且耗时更少
5. 请结合具体事例来说明共同参与到决策中来对于大家来说会有哪些影响呢?
回答: 共同参与决策,1、不容易做出决策:意见不统一,达成一致性耗费时间长2、决策可能偏个人而不能趋向众人,则与少数人决策没有区别

  A leader's charm always  reflects in his appetency, charisma and vision of future . However a effective leader has to have more cautious and sensitive decision-making. than a common leader. As far as i am concerned, i disapprove this idea that a effective  leader tries to make others feel they have been part of a decision.  It won't be effitient if every member joins the decision-making. Making a decision needs time, and if a leader ask everyone to be in part of the decision, it will even cots nuch more time for them to  get coherence. Nevertheless, one of the most significant resbonsilities of a effective leader is that he ought to do his work efftiently but the way they make decisions we mentioned just now do not really fit the aqqirement. For instance, if a fashion company wants to determine the topic of next month's products and everyone in that corperation participates in this decision-making, imagine how long will they take to get one topic that most of them satisfy with. Also, in addition fashion company, any other campany is the same too.  The decision that maks in this way is not alwsys the best one or the perfect one. As i just said, a leader always possesses the vision of future, but it doesn't mean that his subordinates also have it. We all know that making decisions in this way is to make the resove democratic, yet if the decision is made by the leader eventually, the meaning they do so will be missing. We say a effective leader possesses the ability and resbonsibility to make more cautious and sensible resove than outhers, thus we can know a effective leader won't decide things this way  Admittedly, a effective leader has to make his underlings more excellent, and doing this thing can be a way to improve the underlings' ability, but the cost of it is much more than the benifit it brings.  To put it in a shell, i disapprove that a effective leader tries to make his underlings joins the decision-making, for making decision this way, which is considerablely ineffitiently , does not meet the aqqirement of a effective leader .
