As the modern society develops, people now are facing more and more tough tasks in their works and daily lives. at this time, people all spare no effort to work on the tasks, and this is where the controvercy arises. some people would liketo get together to form a team in order to solve the problem, meanwhile, those who disagree it cite that working on their own is better. from my perspective,  I strongly hold the opinion that it is more important to be able to work with a group than do independently. The reasons go as follows.
 A task, which is difficult and requires different aspects of  knowledge is more appropriate for a team to accomplish. so it needs every team member to be in one heart and have different qpecialised skills. and if that, everyone in the team will benefit enormously from the knowledge that others knows. in the task, there's a leader who will analyzes the task and  arrange the work for every team member according to their own skills which they are considerably excellent in. And thus, the time of accomplising the task will be saved a lot. last semestor, I and my classmates set up a team to do a scientific project. This project needs the abilities of  analyzing, writing, coding, and finally representing the accomplishment. I, who is good at speech, got the task of introducing the projects and our reseach consequences to the teachers and other people. while my other teamates who can do a great job in coding is Tom, so he got the task of coding. and Lily worked on analyzing while July concentrated on writing our paper. And our project went fluently and everything is under control, what's better we saved a lot of time so we can do what we want else.
But working in a team doesn't always go well, especially when the team members can't get along well with each other. Sometimes people are lazy and let other teammate do what he is supposed to do. And here is some unhappiness arises. What's worse, if some unfairness exists in the team, it'll make things tremendously awful. Jealous, unpleasance and a lot of trouble will meet the eye. at this time, working independently is probably more effective.  
In a word, I believe that students should work in a team or a group, rather than by oneself. only by working together can make the tough tasks easier. And in order to avoid the problems of working together may bring, every team member should focus on what they shoud do and what is beneficial to their team. And then, this team will make more progress in less amount of time.
