The luxuries and conveniences of life may not prevent people from developing into a truly strong and independent person.  And since people's characters are influenced by many aspects, it is hard to say that only one condition may result in a dependent and feeble individual.                       Of course, life today becomes more convenient and luxury, which gives people more lures to depend on the technology and be lazy no matter in actions or in thoughts.  Since electronic machines instead of humans' hands, people who used to be industrious change to rely on these machine and some even replace their thinking.  When you search the things you want on Internet, it is convenient for you just copying which you get through the computer from the others' opinions.  And there is not necessary for you to think about the problem yourself to get your valuable thoughts.  From this way, people would lose their critical thinking and become a machine that could only copy the ideas from others.         However, when we change our angle for searching things online, it may have a alternative result.  Searching on Internet can provide you too much information, which let you select the useful information from all of these yourself.  The process of selecting is a process of critical thinking.  And computer just provides a chance to short your time for find materials to complete your mind, and it is not trying to free your brain from thinking.         Meanwhile, when people refute the modern life's convenience and luxury, he might support another situation where people live a poor and hard life.  Does this kind of life really help people become a strong and independent man?  Perhaps not.  People in the hard life may have to rely on themselves and thus develop his independence.  But it is just a way to waste time, wasting the time which could do more other things.  Besides, if people stay in the hard environment too long, they would be hopeless to life and be a fragile people, which is more harmful than people with hope but not independence.          What is more, it is not exhaustively to say that only life condition could affect people's living, which is a thing that have to be analyzed from many aspects.  Such as the level of education, personal value and the parents' help, all these factors could affect a personal life.  If one live in a rich family, must he be not independent?  Certainly, it is not true.  Considering the possible good education he may get in his life, it would train him as a independent and strong man in a more scientific method, which would be more successful than through experiencing a poor life.         People cannot refute the convenient life which may not bring the lazy and frangibility to people, and choosing how to living in the two kinds of life is more likely to depend on people themselves.
