The speaker asserts that education institutions should persuade students giving up the fields of study in which they can hardly be successful. I concede that these institutions have the responsibility to give advice of one’s choice. However, the potential harm it can inflict on the future of students far outweighs its benefits.   Education institutions could offer advice about students’ future and guide them to have a better field of study to pursue. These institutions have more experience than individuals for they have dealt with many similar situations and understand those fields deeper, so they can offer some considerable advice to let the students study in a more befitting field. What’s more, some students may have difficulty in deciding which field to pursue for they are living without specific dream. Some students have their goal but not be able to make the right choice, even the choices could sometimes do harm to themselves or the society at last. In those situations, reasonable advice and guide seem to become necessary.   While any education constitutions which is really responsible for students will not persuade them giving up their dreams even if those constitutions believe that they would fail in the field at last. Otherwise, there are some preconditions for the constitutions to do so. Firstly, the student’s future can be predicted accurately by now. Future is almost impossible to predict for the world are changing every day. The field of statistics, for example, was considered obscurity several years ago, but it is one of the most popular disciplines nowadays. Secondly, education agencies should guarantee that they have known the person deeply enough to say he or she won’t be successful in that field. It is also difficult to achieve because the characters of every person especially adolescent varying during their lifetime, maybe these changes on the student could lead him or her to success in that field. In addition, the dissuasion could make the student depressed and aimless towards their future, he or she may never be ambitious for chasing their dream. When facing difficulties, he or she would be coward other than fighting against them.   The constitutions should encourage students to realize their goal and offer some reasonable advice to help them fight with correct methods. No man could be sure to succeed when starting chasing their dreams, it is the specific goal and making efforts that matters. The encouragement will give students confidence and make them more ambitious than before.   Throughout the history of human, today’s modern civilization is contributed by every attempt towards human’s dream. The predecessors have invented so many things which could hardly imagined by people lived thousands years ago. The fearlessness towards failure makes the very beautiful world we live.   All in all, it is important for education constitutions offer advice for students of their future, but when it comes to the field in which they think children would fail, they should give the encouragement other than dissuasion.
