回答: 评价一个人是否成功,要看他是否实现了自己的价值。还要参考社会环境、职业环境。
2. 如果没能形成正确的价值理念标准,而仅仅为了“成功”而选择专业,会有哪些潜在的问题和不足?请举例并简述。
回答: 不明确自己的奋斗意义,无法在一个个具体目标达到后继续保持追求
3. 除了为以后的成功做准备以外,在大学阶段,学生应该锻炼哪些其他能力?怎样进行这些能力的锻炼?请举例并简述。
回答: 社交能力,终生学习能力,应对突发事件的能力,必要的时候还要锻炼一下独立生存能力——包括野外生存
4. 在毕业之后的工作和生活中,是否只有专业知识才是有用的?如果不是,还有哪些知识是有用的?为什么?请举例说明。
回答: 绝对不是。专业知识往往只能在很狭窄的一个面上起作用,我们还需要学习各种专业外的知识,才能应对生活学习中可能遇到的问题。比如,独立思考的能力,缺乏了这一点,就会使我们人云亦云,面对问题是做不出正确的选择。
5. 教育机构应该对学生的学习和发展起到怎样的引导作用?都应该如何去做?请分析并简述。
回答: 尽量提供所有可能需要的资源,而不是用某一种所谓的成功标准去禁锢学生的发展。比如可以组织开展大量没有多大导向性的活动,让学生在其中自己体会,自己学习。

The statement wrongly  links students' future success with their major study at the present time.However,I really doubt the definition of success in the author's mind. There will never be a clear criterion to decide whether a person is successful or how successful he Or she is. Success is far from wealth, health, marriage, whatever. A president who has made great progress in the development of the society where he is can be regarded a successful man;at the same time, a relatively small person such as a teacher who devotes all his life to the career in the classroom and has really made some significant difference on his students is never supposed to be unsuccessful.There remain a still more complicated problem about the statement that whether a educational institution could figure out which field a student is more likely to succeed since nothing will remain the same after even a few years, as well as the present advantages and the  disadvantages of a student. Therefore, there is no point predicting a student's future and guiding him into a mist.
